Abstract:
The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition which comprises: a base resin including 16-73 wt% of polyphenylene ether (A), 18-82 wt% of polyamide (B) and 1-20 wt% of a polyethylene based polymer; 0.05-1 parts by weight of a multi-functional compatibilizer (D) including at least two carboxyl groups based on 100 parts by weight of the base resin; and 0.05-1 parts by weight of a multi-functional compatibilizer (E) including a carboxyl group or an acid anhydride group with a carbon-carbon double bond based on 100 parts by weight of the base resin.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A phosphoric and acrylic copolymer resin is provided to ensure excellent fire retardancy, scratch resistance, and impact resistance as well as excellent transparency. CONSTITUTION: A phosphoric and acrylic copolymer resin includes one or more vinyl-based monomers represented by chemical formula 1 and one or more phosphorus-based monomers represented by chemical formula 2 as a repeating unit. The fire retardant acrylic resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of the phosphoric and acrylic copolymer resin and 1-30 parts by weight of a transparent soft acrylate resin. The transparent soft acrylate resin is obtained by grafting the vinyl-based monomers to an acrylic rubber core.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wire coating material and an insulated wire having the same, the wire coating material comprising a basic resin having polyarylene ether based resin whose viscosity is 0.25 to 0.70dl/g, polyolefin based resin and styrene based elastomer; and porous zeolite wherein the porous zeolite is in 5 to 70 ratio of Si to Al, thereby having outstanding workability, flexibility, heat resistance, withstanding voltage and mechanical strength and removing stink from polyarylene ether based resin, leading to ease of process.
