Abstract:
본 발명은 도전성 페인트 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 금속분말, 수용성 우레탄 분산액(dispersion), 알코올, 레올로지 조절제 및 알킬아민계 티타네이트를 포함하는 도전성 도료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 도료 조성물은 열안정성 및 산화안정성이 뛰어나며, 우수한 안정성으로 고온, 고습의 조건에서도 안정적으로 사용될 수 있으며, 제품의 저장 기간도 길어진다. 본 발명은 금속을 이용한 스프레이 방식의 도전성 페인트로 MHz에서 GHz 대역의 전자파를 차단할 수 있다. 특히 이동동신 단말기, 사무기기, 의료기기 등의 내부 소자로부터 발생되는 전자파에 의한 EMI문제를 해결할 수 있는 차폐재료이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A Braun tube coating solution composition and a method for coating a Braun tube by using the composition are provided, to improve the electrical and optical characteristics of a Braun tube and the uniformity of a coating film. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises a conductive material; a solvent; and a coloring pigment, wherein the conductive material employs both silver-gold colloidal sol and polyethylene dioxythiophene sol, and the content of the solid part of polyethylene dioxythiophene is 1-50 wt% based on the total content of the solid part of the conductive material. Preferably the content of the solid part of the conductive material is 0.2-0.6 wt% and that of the solid part of the coloring pigment is 0.1-0.4 wt% based on the coating solution. The method comprises the step by using simultaneously a first coating solution obtained from the composition and a second coating solution containing SiO2.

PURPOSE: A composition containing silica sol comprising polythiophene conductive polymer, alkoxysilane, C1-4 alcohol, and amide organic solvent is coated on glass or synthetic film to give an excellent scratchless and electromagnetic wave shielding performance. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 20-40 weight% of polythiophene conductive polymer solution, 4-12 weight% of alkoxysilane, 38-74 weight% of C1-4 alcohol such as methanol, ethanol, propanol, isopropanol, or butanol, and 2-10 weight% of amide organic solvent. The polythiophene conductive polymer solution is a mixture of polyethylenedioxythiophene and polystyrenesulfonate with a solid concentration of 1.0-1.5 weight%. The amide solvent is selected from formamide, N-methylformamide, N,N-dimethylformamide, acetamide, N-methylacetamide, N,N-dimethylacetamide, N-methylpropionamide, or N-methylpyrrolidone. The composition gives a high conductivity and transparency with a conductivity of below 1-20 (1 / kilo ohm), a transparency of 90-98%, and a film hardness of 4-6H.

PURPOSE: A conductive black-coloring coating solution composition for screening the electromagnetic wave, a preparation method of a coating film using the composition and a coating film prepared by the method are provided, to reduce the reflectivity and to improve the contrast. CONSTITUTION: The conductive black-coloring coating solution composition comprises 2-25 wt% of polyethylene dioxythiophene whose solid content is 1.2-1.5 wt%; 1-32 wt% of Ag-Au sol whose solid content is 0.4-2.0 wt%; 0.1-5 wt% of an alkoxysilane; 1-15 wt% of titanium nitride; 30-80 wt% of an alcohol solvent of C1-C7; and 0.1-10 wt% of an amide-based solvent. Preferably the titanium nitride is the water-dispersed or alcohol-dispersed titanium nitride whose solid content is 2-4 wt%, and its surface is treated with silicate; the polyethylene dioxythiophene is doped with polystyrene sulfonate; and the alkoxysilane is tetraalkoxysilane (Si(OR)4, wherein R is methyl or ethyl), alkyltrialkoxysilane (RSi(OR)3, wherein R is methyl or ethyl) or 3-glycidyloxypropyltrimethoxysilane.

PURPOSE: Provided are a black colored CRT coating layer of conductive polymer, which can improve low reflectivity and contrast of low reflective coating composition and block an electromagnetic wave, and a method for forming the same. CONSTITUTION: The coating layer consists of the first layer formed by using the first composition comprising PEDT(poly(3,4-dioxyethylene)-thiophene), high refractive inorganic sol, C1-C3 alcohol solvent, amide based solvent, water-soluble or alcohol-soluble resin binder, and sulfonic acid monomer dopant, and the second layer formed by using the second composition comprising PEDT, silica sol or alkyl silica sol, C1-C3 alcohol solvent, amide based solvent, and sulfonic acid monomer dopant. Either of the first or the second composition further comprises water dispersion color pigment, and water-soluble or alcohol-soluble color pigment, so as to form the coating layer.

PURPOSE: A conductive paint is provided, which has an excellent electrical properties, can be prepared in a short time and is used to screen the electromagnetic wave in the range of several MHz to several GHz. CONSTITUTION: The conductive paint comprises 0.2-60 parts by weight of a water-soluble urethane dispersion; 10-60 wt% of metal powder; and 10-60 wt% of an alcohol. Preferably the metal powder is silver powder or copper powder coated with silver. The silver powder is a flake-type powder with an average size of 1-10 micrometers (D50), and the copper powder coated with silver is a flake-type powder with an average size of 5-50 micrometers (D50). Preferably the silver power is a mixture of the silver powder with an average size of 1-5 micrometers (D50) and the silver powder with an average size of 4-10 micrometers (D50) in the ratio of 99.9:0.1 to 20:80 by weight.

PURPOSE: A conductive coating solution is prepared which has a good hardness and transparency of film. CONSTITUTION: 15- 60 Weight % of water soluble conductive polymer solution such as polystyrene sulfonate doped polyaniline polypyrrole and polyethylene dioxythiophene solution having 0.15 weight part of solid content, 2- 20 weight % of ethoxy silane as a material of silica sol and 20- 83 weight % of alcohol solvent such as methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, butanol, dimethyl formamide and N-methyl pyrrolidone, are mixed for 10 minutes, followed by addition of 0.1N nitric acid to control pH 1- 2. The mixed solution is reacted at room temperature for 2- 4 hours to give the conductive coating solution.
