Abstract:
Provided are a quick-curable anisotropic conductive film composition and an anisotropic conductive film, which enhances productivity during assembling of electronic parts, prevents thermal deformation of a bonding machine at high temperature, and maintains good peel adhesion and low electrical connection resistance. The quick-curable anisotropic conductive film composition comprises (a) 5-75wt% of a film forming resin, (b) 5-75wt% of a radically polymerizable material, (c) 0.1-15wt% of a radical polymerization type initiator, (d) 0.01-30wt% of conductive particles, (e) 0.001-10wt% of at least one metal ion having a multivalent oxidation state, and organic solvent. The metal ion having a multivalent oxidation state is a metal ion selected from Ag, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mo, Mn, Nb, Ni. Os, Pd, Ru, Sn, Ti, and V.

본 발명은 고무변성된 고충격 폴리스티렌 60~80 중량%와 2종의 불포화 니트릴화합물-방향족 비닐화합물 공중합체 20~40 중량%로 이루어지는 스티렌계 열가소성 수지조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 2종의 불포화 니트릴화합물-방향족 비닐화합물 공중합체가 (가) 불포화 니트릴의 함유량이 5-15 중량%이고 방향족 비닐화합물의 함유량이 85-95 중량%인 것과 (나) 불포화 니트릴의 함유량이 20-30 중량%이고 방향족 비닐화합물의 함유량이 70-80 중량%인 것으로 이루어 짐을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 열가소성 수지조성물 관한 것이며, 본 발명에 의해 내열성, 유동성 및 내약품성이 우수한 스티렌계 열가소성 수지조성물을 제공할 수 있다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided are a thermoplastic nitrile based copolymer which contains a high content of unsaturated nitrile compound and has a uniform composition, and which comprises a minimum content of residual monomer and shows excellent tone of color and chemical resistance. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises continuously mass polymerizing 50-70 parts by weight of aromatic vinyl compound, 50-30 parts by weight of unsaturated nitrile compound, 0.10-0.30 parts by weight of molecular weight controlling agent, and 0.05-0.30 parts by weight of antioxidant consisting of primary phenolic antioxidant and secondary phosphite antioxidant. The thermoplastic nitrile copolymer comprises 30-50 wt% of unsaturated nitrile compound and 70-50 wt% of aromatic vinyl compound monomers. Amount of the residual monomers is 0.2% or less. The copolymer shows a transparency of 1.0 or less.
