Abstract:
PURPOSE: A positive type photo-sensitive resin composition, a photo-sensitive resin film using the same, and a semiconductor device including the photo-sensitive resin film are provided to improve sensitivity and resolution. CONSTITUTION: A positive type photo-sensitive resin composition includes a polybenzoxazole precursor with a repeating unit in the form of random copolymer, a photo-sensitive diazoquinone compound, a silane compound, a phenol compound, and a solvent. The repeating unit is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, X1 is derived from a diamine compound represented by chemical formula 30; X2 is an aromatic organic group or a tetravalent to hexavalent aliphatic organic group; Y1 and Y2 are respectively aromatic organic groups or divalent to hexavalent aliphatic organic groups; m and n are molar ratios, the sum of m and n is 100 mol%; m is 1 to 99mol%; and n is 1 to 99mol%.

본 발명은 공중합체 중의 불포화 니트릴화합물 단량체의 함유율이 10-20 중량%이고, 방향족 비닐화합물 단량체의 함유율이 80-90 중량%의 범위를 갖는 니트릴계 공중합체를 수중 현탁중합법으로 제조함에 있어서, 전체 단량체 100중량%에 대하여 0.1-0.8중량부의 10시간 반감기를 갖는 온도가 90∼110℃인 1종의 적정 중합개시제에 0.10-0.30중량부의 t-도데실멀캅탄(TDM) 분자량 조절제 및 0.3-0.8중량부의 TCP(Calcium Phosphate Tribasic) 현탁 분산안정제를 사용하므로써 잔류 단량체의 양이 1중량% 이하로 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 니트릴계 공중합체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의해 제조되는 니트릴계 공중합체, 특히 아크릴로 니트릴 공중합체는 투명성, 열안정성 및 기계적 성질이 우수한 특징에 더하여 넓은 조성분포를 가지므로 ABS 알로이(Alloy)에 있어 상용화제로서의 기능이 기대됨은 물론, 우수한 유동성으로 인한 스티렌계 수지와의 혼합가공시(블랜드) 수지의 유동성 향상에 따른 가공성 향상의 효과를 제공한다. 불포화 니트릴화합물, 방향족 비닐화합물, 수중현탁중합법
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing a thermoplastic nitrile copolymer of an unsaturated nitrile compound and an aromatic vinyl compound is provided which reduces the content of the unsaturated nitrile compound and minimizes the content of the remaining monomer. CONSTITUTION: A nitrile copolymer comprising 10-20 wt.% of an unsaturated nitrile compound monomer and 80-90 wt.% of an aromatic vinyl compound monomer are prepared by using an underwater suspension polymerization method, wherein 0.1-0.8 wt.% of a polymerization initiator having a half life of 10 hours at 90-110 deg.C, 0.10-0.30 wt.% of a tert-dodecylmercaptan molecular weight controlling agent and 0.3-0.8 wt.% of a calcium phosphate tribasic suspension dispersion stabilizing agent are used based on 100 wt.% of the total monomer to reduce the amount of the remaining monomer to less than 1 wt.%.

PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition which has good heat resistance and flow property to be injected at low temperature, low pressure and low speed and has improved surface gloss is provided. CONSTITUTION: A styren thermoplastic resin composition having good heat resistance, flow property and surface gloss according to the present invention comprises: a) 60 to 80 wt% of high impact polystyrene; and b) 20 to 40 wt% of unsaturated nitrile compound-aromatic vinyl compound copolymer containing 5 to 15 wt% of unsaturated nitrile compound monomer and 85 to 95 wt% of aromatic vinyl compound monomer.

A thermosetting resin composition comprises a self-curing copolymer comprising the units represented by the formulas 1, 2, 3 and 4; and an organic solvent, wherein R1 is H or a methyl group; n is an integer of 1-10; R2 is H or a methyl group; m is an integer of 1-10; R3 is H or a methyl group; R4 is H or a methyl group; and Z is a group represented by the formula 5. Preferably the self-curing copolymer has a weight average molecular weight of 1,000-1,000,000.

본 발명에 따른 이형성이 우수한 투명 니트릴계 공중합 조성물은 기초수지가 불포화 니트릴 단량체 20∼40 중량부 및 방향족 비닐 단량체 60∼80 중량부로 이루어지며, 이 기초수지에 상온에서 30∼100 센티스토크의 점도를 갖는 유동 파라핀계의 미네랄 오일 0.01∼1.0 중량부 및 10∼500 센티스토크의 점도와 1.54∼1.58의 굴절률을 갖는 폴리디메틸 실록산을 0.01∼0.3 중량부 첨가하여 분자량이 15만∼ 20만을 가지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 이형성이 우수한 투명 니트릴계 공중합 조성물은 투명성이 우수하고 균일한 조성의 공중합체를 얻기 위해서 열에 의한 괴상 연속중합 방법에 의해서 제조된다

PURPOSE: Provided are a novel thermoplastic nitrile-based copolymer and the method thereof. The new copolymer is a non-linear α-alkyl styrene-acrylonitrile(SAN) resin prepared by copolymerizing monomer with many functional groups in the polymerization of α-styrene and cyanovinyl compounds. The resin has excellent properties of heat resistance and processability. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises: bulk polymerizing or solvent polymerizing, in the presence of a polymerization initiator, 10-90wt.% of α-alkylstyrene, 15-40wt.% of cyanovinyl compound, 0-50wt.% of styrene and 0.005-7wt.%(based on 100wt.% of the above compounds) of copolymerizable monomer containing multi-functional groups; and separating by devolatilization of unreacted monomers and organic solvent in the polymerization product at high temperature under reduced pressure. The copolymerizable monomer containing multi-functional group is selected from a copolymerizable monomer with allyl-based multi-functional groups, a copolymerizable monomer with acrylate-based multi-functional groups having more than two unsaturated bonds and their mixtures, such as isocyanurate, trialkyl isocyanurate and divinylbenzene, and an aromatic compounds. The polymerization initiator is used alone or in their mixtures selected from 1,1-bis(t-butylperoxy)3,3,5-trimethylcyclohexane, 1,1- bis(t-butylperoxy)3,3,5-cyclohexane, D-2-ethylhexylperoxycarbonate and 1-t- butylazo-1-cyanochlorohexane.

PURPOSE: Provided are a thermoplastic nitrile-based copolymer which can show excellent mechanical and thermal properties, which has a low unsaturated nitrile compound content and can minimize residual monomer content and a production method thereof. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic nitrile copolymers are prepared by (i) adding 0.1 to 0.8 weight parts of a polymerization initiator selected from the group consisting of 1,1-bis(t-butylperoxy)cyclohexane(10 hour half-life temperature of 91 deg.C), t-butyl peroxylmaleic acid(10 hour half-life temperature 96 deg.C), t-butyl peroxyacetate(10 hour half-life temperature of 102 deg.C) and t-butyl peroxy benzoate(10 hour half-life temperature 105 deg.C) and having a 10-hour half-life temperature of 90 to 110 deg.C, and 0.1 to 0.8 weight parts of a molecular weight modifier to 100 weight parts of a monomer mixture of an unsaturated nitrile compound and an aromatic vinyl compound, reacting the resulting mixture by continuous mass polymerization or continuous solution polymerization at a conversion rate of 70 to 80% while keeping at a temperature 110 to 130 deg.C to form a polymerization solution; and (ii) supplying the polymerization solution to an apparatus kept at a temperature of about 240 to 260 deg.C and a pressure of 20 to 50 torr to separate un-reacted monomer. The monomer mixture includes 10 to 20 wt% of an unsaturated nitrile compound monomer and 80 to 90 wt% of an aromatic vinyl compound.

PURPOSE: Provided is a styrene thermoplastic resin composition with good heat resistance, flowability and chemical resistance. It is also highly impact resistant because it is rubber modified styrene with two kinds of unsaturated nitrile compound-aromatic vinyl copolymer in appropriate blending for the purpose. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises 60-80wt.% high impact rubber modified polystyrene, 20-40wt.% copolymer of 2 kinds unsaturated nitrile compound-aromatic vinyl compound, namely (a) 5-15wt.% unsaturated nitrile compound selected from acrylonitrile or methacrylonitrile and 85-95wt.% aromatic vinyl compound selected from styrene, α-methylstyrene, p-methylstyrene, t-butylstyrene or halostyrene and (b) 20-3-wt.% above nitrile compound and 70-80wt.% above vinyl compound. The composition is characterized in that (a) and (b) are either in a ratio of 1:9 - 9:1 or 5:1 - 7:1.
