PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for anti-cancer containing protein extract isolated from Solanum tuberosum L., cv. Gogu valley or peptide isolated from the protein extract is provided to ensure function of suppressing skin cancer and gastric cancer. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for anticancer contains protein extract isolated from Solanum tuberosum L., cv. Gogu valley. The cancer is skin cancer or gastric cancer. The protein extract is used in the form of liquid, tablet, granule, capsule, suspension, syrup, ointment or injection.
Abstract:
An antibiotic peptide, and a composition containing the antibacterial peptide are provided to improve antibacterial and fungicidal effects and to remove cytotoxicity. An antibiotic peptide has the folding structure by replacing the glutamic acid of the 9th amino acid of the peptide HPA3 having the amino acid sequence represented by the sequence number 2 with proline, and has the sequence represented by the sequence number 3. Preferably the hydrophobic and flexible regions of the antibiotic peptide is increased compared with the peptide having the amino acid sequence represented by the sequence number 2.

본 발명은 라이신 및 트립토판 잔기가 4번 반복되는 항균 및 항진균 펩타이드에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 본 발명의 라이신 및 트립토판 잔기가 4번 반복되는 항균 및 항진균 펩타이드가 유해 미생물의 내막에까지 영향을 미치는 것을 통하여 그람 양성균, 그람 음성균 및 항생제 내성 균주에 대하여 항균 활성이 뛰어나며 병원성 진균 및 항생제 내성 곰팡이에 대하여 탁월한 항진균 활성을 가질 뿐만 아니라 세포독성이 거의 나타나지 않으므로 본 발명의 펩타이드를 유효성분으로 함유하는 약학적 조성물, 화장료 조성물, 농약, 식품방부제, 화장품 보존제 및 의약품 보존제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: An antibacterial and antifungal peptide with four times repeated lysine and tryptophan residues is provided to have excellent antibacterial activity against gram-negative bacteria, gram-positive bacteria, and antibiotic-resistant strains, and to be used in pharmaceutical compositions, cosmetic compositions, agrochemicals, and preservatives for foods, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical products. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial and antifungal peptide has four times repeated lysine and tryptophan residues. The peptide has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 3. The peptide has an antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria which are selected from the group consisting of Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, and Listeria monocytogenes. An antibacterial and antifungal pharmaceutical composition contains the peptide as an active ingredient. 본 발명은 항생제 대체용 P5 펩타이드를 함유하는 사료첨가제 제조방법 및 이를 이용하여 제조된 사료에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로 P5 펩타이드를 항생제 대체제로써 이유자돈 또는 육계의 사료에 첨가하여 사육한 결과, 이유자돈에서 항균 펩타이드 P5 급여군이 대조군에 비하여 유해 미생물의 성장을 억제하였으며, 영양소 소화율을 개선하여 사양성적을 향상시켰다. 또한, 육계의 사료에 항균 펩타이드 P5의 첨가 수준이 높을수록 대조군에 비하여 장내 유해미생물을 생장을 억제하여 영양소 소화율 및 증체량을 개선하는 것으로 나타났으므로, 항균 펩타이드 P5를 이유자돈 또는 육계 사료 내에 항생제를 대체하여 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A novel thermal stability peptide isolated from Atrina pectinata is provided to ensure strong antibacterial activity against gram-negative bacteria without toxicity and to be used in an antibacterial agent, a cosmetic preservative, and a biological acgrochemical. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial peptide with thermal stability is isolated from Atrina pectinata. A method of preparing the antibacterial peptides comprises: a step of freeze-drying and pulverizing Atrina pectinata; a step of extracting the Atrina pectinata powder with an organic solvent; a step of centrifuging the extract and collecting a supernatant fraction; a step of heating the supernatant fraction and collecting thermally stable fractions; and a step of performing chromatography and dialysis of the fraction. The organic solvent is 50%(v/v) methanol solution. An antibacterial pharmaceutical composition contains the antibacterial peptides as an active ingredient.
