Abstract: PURPOSE: A hydro roll rod is provided to reduce high displacement vibration in a low frequency band through the orifice of a nozzle assembly and low displacement vibration in a high frequency band through an elastic body. CONSTITUTION: A hydro roll rod comprises a rod(10), a front bush(30), and a rear bush. The front bush comprises front and rear insulators(31,32), a nozzle assembly(33), and an elastic body(37). The front and rear insulators are opposed to each other between the rod and an end plate(41) and include fluid chambers(43,44). The nozzle assembly is fixed between the front and rear insulators and comprises an orifice(34) for a fluid flow between upper and lower fluid chambers. The elastic body is fixed on the inner circumference of the nozzle assembly and hermetically and elastically partitions the fluid chamber.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An assembling method of an electromagnetic type active mount is provided to discharge air while letting an actuating plate be fixed to the predetermined position, thereby reducing the assembling error rate. CONSTITUTION: An assembling method of an electromagnetic type active mount comprises the following steps. A main assembly(10) is inverted so that a mounting portion(11a) can be positioned above an insulator, and hydro-liquid of the predetermined amount is injected. A nozzle assembly(20) is thrown into the said mounting portion. The air existing in the space between the insulator and the nozzle assembly is discharged to make the space vacuum. The end portion(14) of a housing(11) is bent for preventing the nozzle assembly from being separated and curled to contact with a diaphragm(22) of the nozzle assembly, then coupling of the nozzle assembly with the main assembly is completed.
