Abstract:
PURPOSE: A bio-signal transmission control circuit searching system and method thereof are provided to offer bio-signal control circuit information by systemically storing and arranging the bio-signal control circuit information. CONSTITUTION: An input and output management unit(100) outputs an analysis result by receiving a bio-signal transmission network file from a user. A control circuit database(200) stores a graph which includes the same phase as a bio signal control circuit. A control circuit graph creation unit(300) creates a phase graph having the same phase as a graph of the bio-signal control circuit by using an equivalent phase graph creation unit. A searching path searching unit(400) determines a searching path by constructing a searching path tree from the graph. A control circuit searching unit(500) finds the bio-signal control circuit by using a control circuit searching unit which uses the searching path searching unit. Abstract:
PURPOSE: A system for analyzing clustering of large data by a process of distributing single dimension clustering analysis, a method thereof, and a recording medium therefor are provided to decompose multidimensional data into single dimensional data, perform clustering analysis, and combine the analysis results. CONSTITUTION: A lower clustering analyzer(400) extracts lower clustering. The lower clustering analyzer distinguishes whether the extracted lower clustering is meaningful. A clustering analysis result database(500) stores clustering analysis results of the clustering analyzer. A lower clustering analysis result database(600) stores a lower clustering analysis result of the lower clustering analyzer. An output device(700) outputs the clustering analysis result and the lower clustering analysis result.

질병 정보 예측 시스템으로서, 유전자별 발현 분포를 기초로 복수의 유전자 데이터세트 각각에 대한 발현변화 유전자 정보를 생성하는 발현변화 유전자 추출부, 유전자, 세포 기능, 그리고 질병의 연관 관계를 기초로 초기 심층 신경망을 생성하고, 상기 복수의 유전자 데이터세트 각각에 대한 발현변화 유전자 정보를 기초로 상기 초기 심층 신경망을 학습시켜 최종 심층 신경망을 생성하는 학습부, 그리고 상기 최종 심층 신경망을 역전파(backward propagation)하여 상기 질병에 관련된 질병 정보를 탐색하는 탐색부를 포함한다.
