본발명은금속나노와이어(Nano wire); 및상기금속나노와이어와동일한금속인금속나노파티클(Nano particle)을포함하는박막으로써, 상기나노와이어와나노파티클은결합을형성하는것을특징으로하는나노와이어로강화된나노파티클박막을제공한다. 본발명에따른나노와이어로강화된나노파티클박막은나노와이어가지닌선형구조를통해전기적특성을향상시킬수 있으며, 동일한재료의나노파티클과혼합하여나노파티클박막을제조함으로써, 강한화학적결합을형성하게되고, 외부의인장하중에대해저항할수 있어기계적특성을향상시킬수 있다. 또한, 매우긴 나노와이어를사용하여횡방향의브리징효과뿐만아니라, 종방향의브리징효과를얻을수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a metal nanowire film using non-conductive polymers, and a metal nanowire film manufactured thereby and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a metal nanowire film using non-conductive polymers, which comprises a first step of manufacturing a dispersing agent where metal nanowires are dispersed; a second step of coating a substrate with the dispersing agent obtained in the first step to manufacture a film including the metal nanowires; and a third step of coating, with non-conductive polymers, junctions of the metal nanowires included in the film which is manufactured in the second step. According to the method for manufacturing a metal nanowire film of the present invention, the junctions of the metal nanowires are coated with non-conductive polymers, thereby improving connectivity between metal nanowires, realizing a low resistance value at room temperature, and increasing adhesion with the substrate. Furthermore, a metal nanowire film can be manufactured on a flexible substrate as a conventional heat treatment process is not performed. [Reference numerals] (AA) Metal nanowire film of an example 1

본 발명은 식품의 포장을 위한 식품 포장재에 있어서, 상기 식품 포장재의 일면에 형성되는 다수의 반구형 홈; 및 상기 반구형 홈이 형성된 상기 식품 포장재의 일면에 코팅되는 기름층; 을 포함하는 식품 포장재, 그의 제조방법 및 그를 제조하기 위한 몰드에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 보다 향상된 윤활 능력을 가짐으로써, 포장재 벽면에 묻는 내용물의 양을 최소화할 수 있는 식품 포장재, 그의 제조방법 및 그를 제조하기 위한 몰드를 제공할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A transfer method of a nano-material, a manufacturing method of a nano-film, and a nano-film manufactured thereby are provided to efficiently transfer a nano-wire and a nano-material to a substrate by transferring uniform pressure to a membrane film. CONSTITUTION: A transfer method of a nano-material is as follows. The front surface of a membrane filter(120) having nano-materials touches a substrate(130). Vacuum pressure is applied to the rear surface of the membrane filter to press the substrate to the membrane filter. The membrane filter is separated from the substrate.
