본 발명의 일 실시예는 합성가스의 품질을 유지하면서 합성가스의 주성분인 수소 및 일산화탄소의 손실을 방지하는 타르 또는 부산물 제거장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 타르 또는 부산물 제거장치는, 폐기물을 가스화 및 용융시켜 1차 합성가스로 변환시키는 가스화기, 상기 가스화기에 연결되어 상기 1차 합성가스를 진행시키는 제1 연결통로, 및 상기 제1 연결통로에 설치되어, 상기 1차 합성가스에 산소 또는 수증기가 포함된 아크 플라즈마를 작용시켜, 상기 1차 합성가스에 포함된 타르 또는 부산물을 개질 또는 제거하여 2차 합성가스를 발생시키는 아크 플라즈마 반응기를 포함한다. 타르, 부산물, 합성가스, 폐기물, 아크, 저온, 플라즈마 반응기
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A waste material pyrolyzing and melting furnace having a rotary pyrolysis melting furnace is provided to have a small structure because wastes are moved to a residue discharging hole of a lower rotary body by a waste pusher while the wastes are pyrolyzed. CONSTITUTION: A waste material pyrolyzing and melting furnace is composed of a rotary pyrolysis melting furnace(1) and residue pyrolysis melting furnace(2). The rotary pyrolysis melting furnace is composed of an upper fixing body(100) and disc-shaped lower rotary body(200). The upper fixing body comprises a gas exhaust port, a waste material pouring device(110), an auxiliary combustion device(120), and a waste pusher(130). The gas exhaust port is formed in an upper part and exhaust combustion gas to outside. The auxiliary combustion device assists combustion of wastes. The waste pusher pushes the wastes to a middle direction. A residue discharging hole is formed in the central part of the lower rotary body and discharges residues to outside. The lower rotary body is rotated by a rotary device. The residue pyrolysis melting furnace is connected to the residue discharging hole of the lower rotary body and melts the discharged residues.

PURPOSE: A combusting chamber for combusting low heat gas using synthesis gas and a method using the same are provided to combust several tens of low heat gas by using a little amount of synthesis gas as an ignition source because the low heat gas can be combusted without a separate additive. CONSTITUTION: A combusting chamber(100) using synthesis gas comprises a combusting chamber, a gas supply unit for an ignition source, an igniting plug(150), and a low heat gas supplying unit. The low heat gas supplied to the combusting chamber by the low heat supplying unit is combusted by igniting with the ignition source. The gas supply unit for the ignition source contains an empty tube. One end of the tube is connected to the gas supply unit for the ignition source and the other end is connected to the combustion chamber. The igniting plug is connected to the tube.

PURPOSE: A high temperature and low velocity syringe pump system for solid melting injection is provided to supply pure molten sample into a reactor with a fixed quantity. CONSTITUTION: A high temperature comprises a syringe body(20), a syringe piston(30), a solid sample feeder(50), a drive unit(40) and a controller(60). A vent with a valve discharging melted solid sample is formed on the syringe body. The syringe piston moves side to side along the syringe body. The solid sample feeder supplies solid simple to a feed port which is formed on the syringe body. The drive unit moves the syringe piston side to side. The controller controls the movement of the syringe piston located inside the syringe body.

A collecting device having double molten metal for collecting a valuable metal from spent catalysts and a collecting method thereof are provided to use energy efficiently by supplying waste heat in a melting furnace. A collecting device having double molten metal for collecting a valuable metal from spent catalysts includes the followings: two molten metals(20) collected from under the inside of a melting furnace(60); an input pathway(10) of the molten metal formed in a front side of melting furnace; a burner(30) heating the melting furnace in both sides of the melting furnace; a slug outlet(40) discharging gas and slag in the melting furnace; an air infusion pipe(50) supplying combustion air of high temperature to the burner; and a closing unit blocking an outlet(21) of the molten metal.

A pyrolysis gas purifier is provided, which consecutively can store the cracking gas and removes the foreign material including the moisture, the tar, the dust, etc included in the cracking gas easily. A pyrolysis gas purifier comprises: a cooling case(10); a water cooling device(20) which is connected to the cooling case and maintains the inner temperature of the cooling case; a plurality of metal impingers(30,40,50) which are installed inside the cooling case, transfer the external cracking gas inside through a pipe, and remove the organic substance; and a plurality of sets installed inside the cooling case to refine the cracking gas consecutively.
