PURPOSE: An energy securing device using an electromagnetic wave and a sensor system including the same are provided to implement nonutility generation by converting the electromagnetic wave radiated from the lighting device into electric energy. CONSTITUTION: An interface part(101) absorbs a conductive interference signal. The conductive interference signal is delivered through conductive members(P1-P3) of the lighting device. The interface part is formed with a conductive material. A rectifying circuit part(103) rectifies the absorbed conductive interference signal for converting into DC power. PURPOSE: An amplitude modulation method of a spread signal capable of increasing a data transfer rate and frequency use efficiency is provided to load information by subdividing amplitude into more than two levels. CONSTITUTION: An amplitude modulation method of a spread signal includes the following steps. A first data signal is inputted. A spread signal is generated by applying a spreading code to the first data signal. A second data signal is inputted. The spread signal is outputted with amplitude corresponding to the value of the second data signal. The spreading code diffuses the first data signal with a fixed diffusion coefficient. The second data signal consists of a 1 bit or 2 bit signal. The spread signal is outputted with 2^M different amplitudes in case the bit number of the second data signal is M.

PURPOSE: A hybrid beam forming apparatus in a broadband wireless communication system is provided to detect a beam direction in a broadband wireless communication system and to form beam without distortion of a signal. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(100) converts an RF(Radio Frequency) signal into a baseband signal. A first digital unit(130) uses digital phase shifters. The first digital unit detects angle of arrival. A transmitting unit(200) converts the baseband signal into the RF signal. An analog phase shifter converts phase in order to obtain radiation gain.

PURPOSE: A multimedia data providing system used a human communication in a transport method is provided to conveniently use various multimedia only by grabbing a rod or handles by providing multimedia data processed to be suitable for human body communication to vertical/horizontal rods in a transparent unit. CONSTITUTION: A first controller(110) provides the obtained multimedia data after obtaining a multimedia data. A first human body communication unit(130) converts the multimedia data into a signal performing human body communication. The first human body communication unit provides the converted signal to at least one conductive member installed in a transportation unit. A storage(120) stores multimedia data. The first controller respectively provides different multimedia data to one or more conductive members.

PURPOSE: A vehicular handle and a display device with a health-monitoring device are provided to easily measure the physical condition of a driver by installing an electrode for sensing the physical condition of the driver in the handle. CONSTITUTION: A vehicular handle with a health-monitoring device comprises electrode devices(1) and a vehicular display device(2). The electrode devices are installed in the handle and sense a physical signal. The vehicular display device processes the physical signal into the physical conditions and displays the physical conditions through a line connected to the inside the handle.

PURPOSE: A selective frequency modulating apparatus using a re-spreading code and a method thereof are provided to use an orthogonal code with a high spreading rate, thereby increasing the processing gain of the entire system. CONSTITUTION: A serial-parallel convertor converts transmission data serially or in parallel according to a preset ratio. At least one sub frequency selective spreading device(121~123) selects one spreading code using a data bit inputted from the serial-parallel convertor. A multi value selecting unit(130) selects multi values in at least one spreading code. PURPOSE: A method for measuring speed of a vehicle using an RFID, an RFID reader, capable of measuring the speed of vehicle, and a system for collecting vehicle information using the same are provided to obtain the vehicle identification information and velocity information at the same time by using a Doppler shift. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle speed is measured by an RFID reader. The RFID reader is installed in the road or in the roadside. A continuous wave is transmitted(S10). The reflected wave to the continuous wave is received from an RFID tag(S20). The RFID tag is attached to the vehicles receiving the continuous wave. A Doppler shift value is extracted from the continuous wave and the reflected wave(S30). The vehicle speed is calculated by using the Doppler shift value(S40).

A transmitter for a mobile communications terminal and a transmitting method thereof capable of operating at least two transmission modes are provided to improve a communication standard of high dynamic range and improve the battery usage time of a personal portable communication device. A transmission circuit is directly driven as a polar transmitter as a direct modulation transmitter. A control circuit controls the operation of the transmitting circuit according to the size of the output signal. If the size of the output signal is greater than middle range power, a polar transmitter is driven. If the size of the output signal as to the transmitting circuit is or greater than the middle electric power, it is driven as the polar transmitter. The transmitting circuit is comprised of a baseband processor(100), a phase signal transducer(140), a size signal transducer(170), a power amplifier(180) and ADC(190). It is generated the analog baseband signal from the baseband processor. It is generated the phase between signals from the phase signal transducer in response to the baseband signal. It is generated the magnitude signal from the size signal transducer in response to the baseband signal. The class is controlled with the control of the control circuit. The output signal is fed back in ADC to the control circuit.
