A method for manufacturing an organic scattering layer according to one embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: providing a deposition device which includes a reaction chamber and a source chamber; fixing a substrate in the reaction chamber; supplying transfer gas of 25 to 50 degrees centigrade to the source chamber which is connected to the reaction chamber and supplies the evaporated organic material source; spraying the transfer gas and the evaporated organic material source to the reaction chamber through a shower head; and forming the organic scattering layer with a non-uniform surface by depositing organic particles formed by the molecule of the evaporated organic material source on the substrate.

PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to maximize light extraction efficiency by forming a flat layer including an upper side with light transmissivity. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(100) with an engraved structure is prepared. A flat layer(106,108) with light transmissivity has an upper flat side and a lower flat side. A first electrode(112) with light transmissivity is arranged on the flat layer. An organic light emitting layer(114) is arranged on the first electrode. A second electrode(116) is arranged on the organic light emitting layer.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An OLED panel for lighting is provided to remove an additional ground pattern by grounding an electrode area in a cover film through a conductive metal layer. CONSTITUTION: An organic layer(530) emits light by power supplied from a positive electrode(552) and a negative electrode(554). A protection cap(560) protects the organic layer from external moisture and oxygen. A cover film(580) is attached to the upper sides of the positive electrode and the negative electrode. A conductive metal layer(590) grounds the positive electrode and the negative electrode in the cover film. The conductive metal layer includes adhesive and metal powder.
