PURPOSE: A passenger decentralization system for a transfer station and a method thereof are provided to induce distribution of passengers in a crowded region by overcoming a limit of a manual security system. CONSTITUTION: An image acquisition unit(100) is installed at a crowded region such as an entry intersection of a platform or a transfer path and the line so as to acquire images. A passenger congestion analysis unit(200) analyzes the congestion of the passengers by using image information obtained through the image acquisition unit. An information output unit(300) outputs the congestion information analyzed through the passenger congestion analysis unit so as to induct the distribution of the passengers.

PURPOSE: A set type video selection apparatus is provided to receive the analog image in short distance and digital compression image in the remote site through Ethernet data network thereby expressing the image of desired place through an outside control button or a key input unit selectively on a display device. CONSTITUTION: A switch module(110) selectively transmits a digital image compression signal. A plurality of digital image receiving modules(120) restores the digital image compression signal through the switch module. A plurality of analog image receiving modules(130) receives an external analog image signal. An image selection module(140) selects the specific image among a plurality of received images. An image control module(150) controls the output select of the image selection module corresponding to an operation mode.

PURPOSE: A maintenance system of a railway vehicle utilizing the optimized goal CONFIDENCE setting and distribution method is provided to use soft computing technique thereby optimizing the reliability of the each component satisfying the target reliability of system. CONSTITUTION: A maintenance cost function of a railway vehicle is constructed. The reliability network is composed through artificial neural network. The goal reliability of the railway vehicle is determined through the multipurpose optimization. The maintenance and repair reliability of each component of the railway vehicle are distributed using evolutionary algorithm. An optimal examination cycle and optimal maintenance cycle are derived.

CONSTITUTION: A camera unit(100) changes a source image taking a photograph of a crime-ridden area into video data. An image server(200) determines object within video data. The video server transmits the danger level signal. An event processor transfers the warning which is step by step according to the danger level signal transmitted from the video server. A sound sensor(300) measures the sound of the crime-prone area.
