Abstract:
본 발명은 극세사 염색용 황색 아조 분산염료 및 그의 합성법에 관한 것이다. 보다 더 구체적으로 자동차 내장재에 적합한 극세사 염색용 황색 아조 분산염료와 그의 합성법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에서 제조된 황색 아조 분산염료는 내광성, 내승화성 및 분산성이 종래의 염료들 보다 우수하고, 몰 흡광계수가 종래의 분산염료보다 1.7배 정도 높아 염색 시 염료의 사용량을 적게 하여 같은 농도의 색상을 얻을 수 있으므로, 환경친화적일뿐만 아니라, 생산가격을 절감 하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A novel oxazollopyridine-based phenol compound and a method for preparing the same are provided to ensure fluorescence expressing property and to be used as an organic fluorescence dye. CONSTITUTION: An oxazollopyridine-based phenol compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, X is CH or N. The oxazollopyridine-based phenol compound is 2-(benz[d]oxazolle-2-yl)phenol, 4-chloro 2-(oxazollo[4,5-b]pyridine-2-yl)phenol, or 5-methyl 2-(oxazollo[4,5-b]pyridine-2-yl)phenol. A method for preparing the compounds comprises: a step of condensing 2-hydroxybenzoic acid compounds of chemical formula 3 with an aromatic compound of chemical formula 2.

CONSTITUTION: An oxazolopyridine compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1, R2, R3, and R4 are different or same hydrogen atoms, halogen atoms, or C1-C6 alkyl groups; and R5 is C1-C20 alkyl groups. The oxazolopyridine compound is a precursor compound for a fluorescence expression marker. A method for preparing oxazolopyridine compound comprises a step of reacting oxazolyl-based phenol compounds of chemical formula 2 with alkanoyl chloride of chemical formula 3 under the presence of a base.

PURPOSE: A benzoxazole-based oil marker and a composition containing the same are provided to ensure fluourescence ability and stability. CONSTITUTION: A benzoxazole-based oil marker is denoted by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R is an alkyl group of 1-16 carbon atoms. The marker includes butanoic 2-(benz[d]oxazole-2-yl)phenyl ester, octanoic 2-(benz[d]oxazole-2-yl)phenyl ester, decanoic 2-(benz[d]oxazole-2-yl)phenyl ester, or palmitoic 2-(benz[d]oxazole-2-yl)phenyl ester. A composition contains 0.001-10 wt% of the benzoxazole-based oil marker and 90-99.999 wt% of organic solvent. The organic solvent is methanol, ethanol, normal propanol, isopropanol, normal butanol, tert-butanol, hexane, benzene, toluene, xylene, N-methylpyrrolidinone, N,N-dimethyl formamide, or N,N-dimethylacetate amide.

PURPOSE: A heptamethine cyanine compound used as a near infrared ray absorbing pigment and a method for preparing the same are provided. CONSTITUTION: A heptatmethine cyanine compound is denoted by chemical formula 1. The range of maximal absorbing wave length of the compound is 750-800 nm. A near infrared ray absorbing pigment contains the heptamethine cyanine compound. The pigment is blue. The heptamethine cyanine compound of chemical formula 1 is prepared by thermal reflux of a compound of chemical formula 2 with a compound of chemical formula 3.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing D,L-2-aminothiazoline-4-carboxylic acid compound is provided to obtain target compounds at high purity and high yield. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing D,L-2-aminothizoline-4-carboxylic acid compound of chemical formula 5 comprises: a step of performing chlorination addition of dichloropyropionitrile of chemical formula 3; a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 3 with thiourea of chemical formula 4 to obtain a thiazine derivative of chemical formula 5; and a step of adding base to thiazine derivative of chemical formula 5 to obtain D,L-2-aminothiazoline-4carboxylic acid compound of chemical formula 1.

CONSTITUTION: A liquid phase UV protecting agent containing silicon contains a silicon polymer compound of chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the silicon polymer compound for the UV protecting agent comprises: a step of putting two kinds of silicon polymer compound of chemical formula 1 and filing with argon gas; a step of mixing benzophenone and benzotriazole compounds; a dissolving with anhydrous toluene; a step of refluxing for one day under the presence of argon; a step of cooling at room temperature; and a step of removing toluene.

PURPOSE: Provided is benzothiazole-based dispersion-reactive dye, which reduces pollution, dose not contain hazardous amine and metals, can be used in acidic and neutral condition, and is excellent in washing-fastness and properties. CONSTITUTION: The benzothiazole-based dispersion-reactive dye represented by the formula 1 is produced by a process comprising the steps of: diazotizing 2-amino-5-(beta-acetoxy ethyl sulfone)benzothiazole or 2-amino-5-(beta-hydroxy ethyl sulfone)benzothiazole; preparing a coupling solution by dissolving a coupler in an acid mixture; mixing the diazotized 2-amino-5-(beta-acetoxy ethyl sulfone)benzothiazole and the coupling solution at 5-10deg.C and adding a base and separating the produced dye or mixing the diazotized 2-amino-5-(beta-hydroxy ethyl sulfone)benzothiazole and the coupling solution at 5-10deg.C and stirring at 80-90deg.C by using acetic anhydride. In the formula, R, R1, R2, and R3 are identically or differently hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, cyanoalkyl, or amino acetyl.

본 발명은 이반응기형 적색 반응성 염료에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 아미노페닐-β-아세톡시에틸설폰 반응기가 도입되어 있어 물에 대한 용해도가 낮아 여과시 여액으로 빠져나가는 염료의 손실량을 최대한 줄일 수 있고 염석(salting-out)이 용이하여 염석공정시에는 기존 염료에서보다 소량의 염(salt)을 사용하게 되므로 폐수처리 비용을 크게 절감시키는 효과를 가짐은 물론이고 직접성이 좋아 염착률이 높고 선명한 색상을 띄는 장점을 가진 다음 화학식 1로 표시되는 모노클로로트리아진과 아세톡시에틸설폰을 반응기로 갖는 이반응기형 적색 반응성 염료에 관한 것이다.
