    Abstract: A composition comprising hair dye is provided to reduce skin irritation and hair damage after dyeing by using no harmful aromatic amine, improve convenience of use as compared with the conventional permanent hair coloring products, and enhance washability and coloring ability. A hair dyeing composition comprises 1-10 wt.% of thickening agent, 1-20 wt.% of penetrant, 0.01-5 wt.% of reactive dye having a vinylsulfone group, represented by the formula(2) in which M is an alkali metal ion such as H, Li, Na or K, and a remaining amount of water, and further comprises 1-5 wt.% of a pH regulating agent or a reducing agent for reducing a -S-S bond, wherein under acidic condition, the reactive group of dye forms a covalent bond with a reactive group of hair keratin, thereby coloring the hair keratin.

    Abstract: A hair dyeing composition is provided to inhibit skin irritation by removing use of harmful components, improve convenience of use, coloring ability and washability, express various colors, and increase maintenance of color. A hair dyeing composition comprises 1-10 wt.% of thickening agent, 1-20 wt.% of penetrant, 0.01-5 wt.% of reactive dye with a vinylsulfone group, represented by the formula(1), (2), (3), (4) or (5) in which M is alkali metal ion such as H, Li, Na or K, and a remaining amount of water, and further comprises 1-5 wt.% of pH regulator and a reducing agent for reducing -S-S bond of hair keratin. A method for manufacturing the hair dyeing composition comprises the steps of: (a) dissolving the thickening agent in water to obtain a mixture; (b) adding the penetrant into the mixture to form a base solution; and (c) adding the reactive dye with a vinylsulfone group into the base solution.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is benzothiazole-based dispersion-reactive dye, which reduces pollution, dose not contain hazardous amine and metals, can be used in acidic and neutral condition, and is excellent in washing-fastness and properties. CONSTITUTION: The benzothiazole-based dispersion-reactive dye represented by the formula 1 is produced by a process comprising the steps of: diazotizing 2-amino-5-(beta-acetoxy ethyl sulfone)benzothiazole or 2-amino-5-(beta-hydroxy ethyl sulfone)benzothiazole; preparing a coupling solution by dissolving a coupler in an acid mixture; mixing the diazotized 2-amino-5-(beta-acetoxy ethyl sulfone)benzothiazole and the coupling solution at 5-10deg.C and adding a base and separating the produced dye or mixing the diazotized 2-amino-5-(beta-hydroxy ethyl sulfone)benzothiazole and the coupling solution at 5-10deg.C and stirring at 80-90deg.C by using acetic anhydride. In the formula, R, R1, R2, and R3 are identically or differently hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, cyanoalkyl, or amino acetyl.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A three-effector type blue reactive dye has one monochlorotriazine and two vinyl sulfonyl groups in one dye molecule to provide high dyeability and reliability without generating dye wastewater. CONSTITUTION: A tree-effector type blue reactive dye is represented by the formula 1: wherein Z and Z' are independently OSO3M or OCOCH3, at least either of Z or Z' being OCOCH3; n is an integer from 0 to 2; and M is an alkali metal atom. The reactive dye is prepared by (a) diazotizating of a compound having the formula 2 and coupling the diazotized compound with an 1-naphthol-8-amino-3,6-disulfonic acid neutral solution; separating condensation reaction of a phenylenediamine sulfonic neutral solution and cyanuric chloride at a temperature in the range from 0 to 5°C; (c) after diazotization of the condensate of the step (b), adding the reaction solution of the step (a) at a temperature in the range from 0 to 5°C and performing a coupling reaction at a pH value of less than 7; and (c) adding aminophenyl-beta-acetoxyethylsulfon or aminophenyl-beta-sulfatoethylsulfon to the coupling solution of the step (c) at a temperature in the range from 35 to 45°C.
