Abstract: PURPOSE: An assist brake device of rotary type using forcibly hydraulic pressure is provided to simplify a structure, solve a part exchange problem, and obtain safe braking force by using an oil pressure. CONSTITUTION: An input side rotary gear(13) and an output side rotary gear(14) are fixed respectively on a transmission shaft(11) and a driving shaft(12) and are linked each other. A rotary gear box(17) includes the input side rotary gear and the output side rotary gear, and forms an inlet port(15) and an outlet port(16) on the both sides respectively. An oil reservoir contains the oil(O) and is connected with the inlet port. A first solenoid(20) and a second solenoid are connected between the outlet port and an oil tank in series. A third solenoid is connected in a row with the first and the second solenoids between the outlet port and the oil tank.

Abstract: 본 발명은 트럭용 보조 브레이크 장치에 관한 것으로서, 트럭의 트랜스밋션에는 프론트 프로펠러 샤프트가 연결되고, 다시 프론트 프로펠러 샤프트는 프론트 액슬에 연결되어 프론트 액슬을 구동하고, 뒷쪽에도 리어 프로펠러 샤프트에 의해 리어 액슬이 구동되는 바, 상기 프로펠러 샤프트에 기어를 삽입 장착하고, 이 기어에 맞물리도록 일측단에 회전판을 가지는 축이 끼워진 피니언을 장착하며, 상부에 ECU와 브레이크 센서가 연결된 솔레노이드 밸브를 포함하는 공압 실린더를 차체면에 고정함과 동시에 상기 축의 회전판과 실린더의 피스톤을 링크로 연결함으로써, 주브레이크의 작동과 동시에 상기 솔레노이드 밸브가 차단되어 피스톤 운동이 멈추어 동시에 기어 맞물림 운동도 멈추어 프로펠러 샤프트를 잡아줌으로써, 트럭의 밀림 현상을 방지� � 수 있는 보조 브레이크를 제공하고자 한 것이다.
