Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for guiding a stay wire of a vehicle tale gate is provided to automatically withdraw the stay wire when the tail gate is opened while inserting the stay wire in the other case by mounting a rotation shaft in a case of a tail part of a cargo loading part, thereby preventing the generation of noise and the damage of both side surfaces of the tail part and the tail gate due to the friction. CONSTITUTION: A device for guiding a stay wire of a vehicle tale gate includes a case(20) detachably coupled with side out panels at both sides of a tail part of a cargo loading part, a rotation shaft(30) rotatably mounted in the case, a spring mounted at a side of the rotation shaft, and a stay wire(13) wound at the other side of the rotation shaft, wherein a stay wire hole(21) is formed at a front part of the case, and a stay wire guide wheel(22) is mounted to the case in the vicinity of the stay wire hole.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Trunk lid hinge structure of a vehicle is provided to prevent metallic noise in slipping the vertical section of a torsion bar and a protrusion of a hinge bracket. CONSTITUTION: A trunk lid hinge is composed of an insertion part inserted to a ledge(55) of a hinge bracket(51) to form an inlet(1) having diameter smaller than the diameter of a torsion bar(53) in fitting the torsion bar; a holder(3) made of resin resisting wear; and a fitting unit between the ledge and the holder preventing dislocation in fitting the holder in the ledge. A trunk lid is moved up with torsional elasticity of the torsion bar by opening the trunk lid in assembling the holder and the torsion bar. An elastic chamber(10) and the inlet prevent the torsion bar from being separated from the holder. The noise between the hinge bracket and the torsion bar is reduced with fitting the torsion bar in the ledge of the hinge bracket.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A hinge device of a fuel filler door is provided to proof the end part of a door of fuel filler against rust, by forming a hinge device in order to prevent a door of fuel filler from being bumped against a hinge. CONSTITUTION: A hinge(22) is fixed on a fuel filler door(23). A cylinder fixed hole(36) is formed on the extended part of the hinge.
