Abstract: A blower motor with improved current consumption is provided to reduce leakage magnetic flux by installing a flux ring which is forcibly inserted in an outer periphery of a pole housing. A blower motor includes a pole housing(1), an armature assembly(2) serving as an electro motor, a brush holder assembly(3), and an end shield assembly(4). An annular flux ring(10) is pressed into an outer periphery of the pole housing. The flux ring covers an upper surface of the outer periphery of the hole housing and a coil winding portion of the armature assembly. The flux ring is forcibly inserted into the pole housing from the exterior, without using a separate fixing member.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A multi-illuminance sensing apparatus is provided to reduce the number of a sensing apparatus by manufacturing sensing apparatuses for illuminance and temperature as one component. CONSTITUTION: A multi-illuminance sensing apparatus(100) comprises a first sensing unit, a second sensing unit and an operating control unit. The first sensing unit and the second sensing unit output voltage by sensing peripheral illuminance. The operating control unit outputs an adjusting signal for indoor temperature to an air conditioner system to adjust indoor temperature when voltage to be sensed in the first sensing unit is over set voltage. The operating control unit controls on and off of a head light and a tail lamp respectively according to voltage by reading an amount of voltage inputted from the second sensing unit. Consequently, cost of components is reduced by reducing the number of the sensing apparatus and also installing and wiring works are easy.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A rear vent system for an automobile and a control method of the same are provided to prevent sudden reversal rotation of a rear vent door and noise generated thereby. CONSTITUTION: A DATC(Dual Auto Temperature Control:11) acts as an actuator control part. The DATC directly controls open and close of a rear vent door(15) following operation of a rear vent temperature switch(7) by directly receiving signal of the rear vent temperature switch and outputting control signal to a rear vent door actuator(13) correspondingly wit the signal of the rear vent temperature switch. The DATC is directly connected with the rear vent temperature switch. The rear vent temperature switch is supplied with power through the DATC. A passenger sitting on a rear seat is allowed to control opening and closing degree of the rear vent door by operating the rear vent temperature switch as the DATC controls and actuates the rear vent door actuator. The DATC is designed to generally control air-conditioning status of the rear seat.
