    Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel injection control system and a method thereof are provided to prevent engine power from being deteriorated by controlling pressure of an output terminal of a fuel pump according to a driving state of the fuel pump. CONSTITUTION: A fuel injection control system includes an engine R.P.M sensor(10) for detecting an engine R.P.M and an engine load sensor(20) for detecting an engine load. An ECU(30) is provided to control fuel injection pressure. The ECU(30) calculates optimum fuel pressure based on the engine R.P.M and the engine load supplied from the engine R.P.M sensor(10) and the engine load sensor(20). A fuel control valve(54) is installed in a passage, through which a part of compressed fuel is bypassed from an output terminal of a high compressed fuel pump to an inlet terminal thereof. Many injectors(60) are connected to a fuel rail(40).
