본 발명에 따르면, 생산성 향상 및 원가절감을 가능하며, 도포되는 시작부의 실러 꼬임을 방지할 수 있고, 일정한 도포 두께를 확보할 수 있으며, 도포공장환경을 개선할 수 있는 이점이 있다.-

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for opening and compensating a hood for a vehicle comprises a displacement sensor(1) situated at one end of a robot(4), to detect the position accuracy of a fender; a hood-opening unit(2) of a hook shape opening the hood to mount a hood assembly to a body(3) inside the hood; the robot having a hanger of the robot on a side of which the displacement sensor is mounted and on the other side of which the hood-opening unit is mounted; a robot SLC(5) inputting a position value of the fender to an SLC(5-1) and transmitting the input position value to a main PLC(6) analyzing the data value transmitted from SLC and displaying the value on a monitor; a fender-fixing device fixing the fender panel to mount the fender panel to the body; and a servo motor moving a fender-mounting jig to a predetermined position by the value received from the main PLC.
