CONSTITUTION: A cup holder for a vehicle comprises a housing(11) having plural square-shaped incision parts(12) formed along the outer periphery and a circular hole mounted with supports; plate members(14) disposed in the housing and integrally formed each other through a connecting member, to form circular structure; a passage(16) surrounded in a zigzag shape of covering the plate members and connected to an air conditioning system outside the plate member; link parts protruded to the outside of the incision parts and mounted to a space between the plate members; a support part formed at the middle part of the bottom face of the housing, to support the bottom face of a drink container; a movable rotating body mounted with a return spring at the lower end of the support; and an opening and shutting film(29) having an opening part and a shutting part inserted in a gap of the passage. Rollers(18) are mounted to the upper ends of the link parts and fixed to the support and an elastic support part. The movable rotating body comprises upper and lower side parts of a vertical and elastic moving type, and a cover part. The opening and shutting film is integrally connected together with a rod part on the side of the lower side part formed to the movable rotating body.

CONSTITUTION: A hood latch of a vehicle comprises a case(100) fixed on a radiator support member, a first fitting unit(200) disposed on an upper side of the case, and a second fitting unit(300) disposed on a lower side of the case. The case forms a fitting groove(120) to guide a striker of a hood towards the lower part. The first fitting unit absorbs shock primarily when the hood is closed and displays primary fitting force when the hood is opened and raised up. If second fitting unit displays shock-absorbing effect when the hood is closed, the striker is fitted into the second fitting unit. The opening of the hood during travelling is prevented by firmly fixing the striker of the hood on the radiator support member through the first and second fitting units of the case.
