Abstract: PURPOSE: A vibration damper of a main shaft in a motor is provided to stably control vibration at high speed rotation of the main shaft by integrating a vibration sensor with an active bearing to shorten response time. CONSTITUTION: A main shaft(101) is connected to a rotor of a motor. A vibration sensor(103) senses vibration generated from the main shaft according to the rotation of the motor. An active bearing(104) controls the vibration of the main shaft by generating magnetic force according to a current applied to a coil. A differentiator(110) differentiates the vibration amount of the main shaft sensed by the vibration sensor. A controller(120) determines a vibration control value by applying a gain for compensating the vibration amount to a differential value applied from the differentiator.
