Abstract: 본 발명은 오일 리저버의 상부에 형성된 유입부와 상기 유입부에 체결되는 외측 캡의 사이에 위치하며 오일 리저버의 내부 압력을 조절하기 위한 상기 유입부 내측에 삽입되어 걸쳐지는 패킹 부재와, 상기 패킹부재의 내측에 삽입됨과 동시에 걸쳐지는 내측 캡과, 그리고 상기 내측 캡의 중앙에 설치되는 배플을 구비하는 오일 리저버 밸브구조에 관한 것으로: 상기 배플은 길이방향으로 수축/팽창할 수 있도록 외주면이 주름형상을 가지되, 수축/팽창시 최하부 주름은 외경의 변화가 없으며; 상기 내측 캡의 수직원통부는 하부에 수평방향으로 압력조절홀이 관통형성되어 있으며, 내측에 상기 덮개부로부터 수직하게 하부로 소정 길이만큼 공기유통홈이 형성되며, 상기 배플의 최하부 주름은 정상상태에서는 상기 압력조절홀과 공기유통홈의 사이에 위치하여 오일의 누수를 방지하며, 길이방향으로의 수축 또는 팽창시에는 상기 최하부 주름의 하측 또는 상측으로 상기 압력조절홀과 공기유통홈을 연통시켜 공기가 흐르도록 위치하여, 오일 리저버 내에 부압이 발생할 경우 배플이 길이방향으로 팽창하여 외부로부터 공기가 유입되어 부압을 해소할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cam shaft is provided to prevent vibration and noise from being transmitted to the hollow pipe of the cam shaft, while achieving improved engine output and endurance of hydraulic valve lift and cam follower. Abstract: PURPOSE: A power steering oil pump tuning kit of a vehicle is provided to reduce time and cost for tuning an oil pump by completing the tuning work via one tuning kit. CONSTITUTION: A rack gear(1a) is formed in a spool(1) moving by the oil flowing in via a vane. A motor(9) is installed in a housing, and a pinion(10) engaged with the rack gear of the spool is installed in the motor. A flowmeter(5) is installed in the oil drain portion, and is connected with an electronic control unit(6). An initial N-Q characteristic is determined, and a flow rate corresponding to a specific engine RPM(Revolution Per Minute) is inputted to the electronic control unit via a control panel(8). Thereafter, the engine RPM detected by a vehicle speed sensor(7) is inputted to the electronic control unit. The electronic control unit controls the motor by the initial N-Q characteristic. The spool moves to the left and right by the rack gear and pinion. The oil passage area of an orifice(3) is controlled by a needle(2), and the flow rate of the oil transmitted to a gear box is controlled. The controlled flow rate is displayed on the control panel. The flow rate is compensated until a final N-Q characteristic is determined with one tuning kit.
