    Abstract: PURPOSE: A wear detecting apparatus of a wheel bearing for a vehicle is provided to prevent breakage of parts by detecting wear or breakage of the wheel bearing promptly with turning on a lamp in detecting wear of the wheel bearing. CONSTITUTION: A wear detecting device for a wheel bearing(52) of a vehicle is composed of a detector(1) penetrated through a hub(51) mounting a wheel(W); a detecting recess(2) turning off the detector in separating from the detector, and turning on the detector in contacting to the detector; and a lamp(L) alarming in turning on the detector. The detecting recess is formed in a wheel housing(50), and the detector is inserted to the detecting recess. The hub is inclined to the wheel housing according to wear of the wheel bearing, and wear of the wheel bearing is accelerated. A conductor of the detector is contacted to the detecting recess of the wheel housing in wear of the wheel bearing, and the lamp is turned on with contacting the conductor to the wheel housing. Breakage of parts is prevented with alarming wear or breakage of the wheel bearing.

CONSTITUTION: A biased braking preventing system comprises a twisting perceiving sensor(10), a signal input member(20), a comparing calculator(30) and a pressure controller(40). A brake damping input is controlled by the signal input member(20) through a pressure reducing valve(3) when the difference(absolute value) between the right and the left perceived values perceived in the twisting perceiving sensor(10) is bigger than a fixed value. The biased braking preventing system controls an input pressure of a car wheel brake so as to prevent biased braking and vibration of a handle.

A weather strip manufacturing method for vehicle using the supercritical extrusion system comprises following steps: a step(S10) for inputting thermoplastic elastomer; a step(S20) for inputting the supercritical fluid which has the property of the fluid and property of the gas at the same time; a step(S30) molding through the molding extruder for uniformly diffusing with the thermoplastic elastomer and supercritical fluid; a step(S40) for transferring the weather strip extruded through the molding extruder and outputting to outside. The molding extruder is comprised of an exclusive screw internal pressure cylinder and an exclusive dice. The step for outputting the weather strip to outside includes a step for extruding the melted resin through the V-shaped head for the extrusion.
