PURPOSE: A swing door of a super low floor bus is provided to prevent the external air from being inserted into the inside by restricting excessive strain of a brush installed at the lower part of the door. CONSTITUTION: A swing door(50) of a super low floor bus is composed of a brush contacted with a floor mounted in a bus room and lowered gradually toward the outside, and installed on the bottom side of the swing door to shield the inside of the bus from the outside; a rotary shaft(H) disposed at a bus body to rotate the door and lifted at predetermined degree from the bus body; a piston(1) mounted on the bottom side of the rotary shaft to lift the rotary shaft; and a driving unit for moving down the swing door in closing the door and moving up the swing door in opening the door by inserting/exhausting high-pressure air into/from the piston.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A mounting angle inspection device of a cooling fan pulley is provided to accurately align a radiator and a cooling fan by checking parallelism between pulleys of a crank shaft and the cooling fan by a laser pointer. CONSTITUTION: In a cooling fan pulley mounting structure for connecting pulleys(11,21) of a crank shaft and a cooling fan(20) by a belt(15) for rotation of the radiator cooling fan disposed in an engine, a laser pointer(30) is stuck at one side of the cooling fan pulley to face a laser hole of a case toward the crank shaft pulley. The laser pointers are attached on upper and lower sides with parallel to a lateral side of the cooling fan pulley. A battery unit for supplying power to the laser pointer is installed on the side of the cooling fan pulley. Parallelism between the cooling fan and crank shaft pulleys is inspected by turning on a laser button of the laser pointer and then irradiating laser beam to the crank shaft pulley in regulating alignment of the cooling fan pulley.

PURPOSE: Provided is a gas supply device for a fuel cell car comprising a rotational control valve, which has improved durability without deterioration and prevents electric current discharge from the valve itself. CONSTITUTION: The gas supply device for a fuel cell car comprises: a gas supply unit for supplying gases filled in a gas storage tank to a fuel cell through a gas supply duct; a rotational control valve(120,130), which is disposed between the gas storage tank and the gas supply duct and is rotated by an electric motor(110) so that it is opened and closed; and a control unit for controlling the opening and closing of the rotational control valve(120,130), which selectively transforms the direction of electric current and applies the electric current to the electric motor(110) according to control signals inputted thereto.

PURPOSE: A device for locking a folding door of a bus is provided to prevent vibration by firmly engaging a hinge door panel with a roller door panel. CONSTITUTION: A device for locking a folding door in a bus comprises a cylinder(116) connected to an end portion of a chassis; a bar(1) reciprocating by being engaged with a cylinder rod(118); a guide bracket(3) guiding slide movement of the bar by being fixed on a hinge door panel(106); a locking bracket(5) installed on a roller door panel(110); a connecting protrusion(7) formed on the bar; and a yoke(9) inserted to the bar by being mounted on a front end portion of the cylinder rod through a pin(11). The bar is slidingly moved by pulling or pushing the cylinder rod to absorb change of a connecting angle between the cylinder rod and the bar. Thereby, the device for locking the folding door in the bus prevents vibration by firmly combining the hinge door panel with the roller door panel.

PURPOSE: A tilting apparatus of a front cab for a truck is provided to improve convenience and safety by operating a fixing bar and returning the front cab individually and sequentially. CONSTITUTION: A front cab tilting device of a truck is composed of a fixing bar(17) placed in an elongated groove(11a) formed in a cab mounting bracket(11) or a frame groove(13a) of a frame mounting bracket(13) in tilting a front cab; a cable(21) connected to the fixing bar by penetrating the cab mounting bracket; plural roller members(22) fixed in a panel of the front cab to guide movement of the cable; and a cable operating unit(30) installed in the panel of the front cab and connected to the end of the cable from the roller member to move the fixing bar in the elongated groove and the frame groove. Convenience and safety are improved with operating the fixing bar and returning the front cab individually.

본 발명은 버스의 플랩 도어에 관한 것으로, 버스의 측부 차체에 구비된 플랩 도어의 개방시 이를 사이드 패널상에 견고하게 고정시켜 주는 잠금수단을 설치함으로써, 플랩 도어의 개방시 한손으로도 개방조작을 수행할 수 있음과 더불어, 상기 플랩 도어의 개방완료시 사이드 패널과의 소정의 이격거리를 둘 수 있게 되어 접촉부위에 대한 손상을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 전술한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은, 버스(100)의 플랩 도어(12)가 개방시 버스(100)의 사이드 패널(10)상에 사이드 패널(10)상에 상/하단부위가 각각 고정되는 장착부(24)와, 이 장착부(24) 사이에서 연결되어 상기 사이드 패널(10)과 소정의 거리를 두고 이격되게 일체로 형성된 걸림부(26)로 이루어진 고정잠금부재(20)와; 상기 플랩 도어(12)의 전/후면으로 고정되는 하우징부(32)와, 이 하우징부(32)와 상기 플랩 도어(12)를 관통함과 더불어 상기 하우징부(32)에 힌지결합되어 회동가능하게 지지되는 걸림고리부(34) 및, 이 걸림고리부(34) 사이를 탄력적으로 지지하는 코일스프링(36)으로 이루어진 가동잠금부재(30)를 포함하는 잠금수단(18)을 매개로 소정의 이격거리를 두고 고정된 것을 특징으로 한다.

PURPOSE: A bus door opening device having a sudden operation preventing function according to a mode change is provided to prevent sudden closing of a door by reducing pressure difference of a cylinder, to reduce a producing cost and to improve reliability of operation. CONSTITUTION: A bus door opening device containing a sudden operation preventing function by changing a mode comprises an air tank(1); an emergency valve(2) transferring pneumatic pressure of compressed air of the air tank; first and second magnetic valves(3,3') mounted on a branched pipe; a piston(4') opening or closing a door by being operated through the pneumatic pressure of the compressed air letting through the magnetic valves; a first and second chambers(4a,4b) changed by the piston; a cylinder(4) composed by the first and second chambers; an anti shock unit(10) letting the compressed air according to the state of the door while automatically changing the emergency valve; a sensing unit(11) operated by inner pressure by being interlocked with the cylinder; a contacting unit(12) forming an electric circuit and the first magnetic valve; and a switch(13) connected to the battery.

본 발명은 하이브리드 차량의 조향각 검출 오류시 페일 세이프 제어방법에 관한 것으로서, 조향각 센서의 고장이나 CAN 통신 오류 등에 의해 조향각 센서로부터 정상적인 조향각 신호가 입력되지 않더라도 코너 주행시나 유턴시 등이 아니라면 통상의 아이들 진입 조건에서 아이들 스탑 모드가 수행될 수 있도록 하는 하이브리드 차량의 조향각 검출 오류시 페일 세이프 제어방법을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있는 것이다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위해, 본 발명은, 하이브리드 차량에서 좌측 휠 속도와 우측 휠 속도가 동일하거나 일정 범위 이내의 적은 차이를 나타내면서 조향각 센서에 의해 검출된 조향각이 설정된 기준치를 초과할 경우 조향각 센서가 고장인 것으로 판정하는 과정; 조향각 센서가 고장이면서 CAN 통신 오류를 포함하는 조향각 검출 오류 발생시 아이들 스톱 진입 조건을 충족하는 경우 좌측 휠 속도와 우측 휠 속도를 비교하는 과정; 및 차량의 좌측 휠 속도와 우측 휠 속도가 동일하거나 일정 범위 이내의 적은 차이를 나타내면 아이들 스탑을 허용하는 과정;을 포함하는 하이브리드 차량의 조향각 검출 오류시 페일 세이프 제어방법을 제공한다.
