    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to apparatus, methods, computer-readable storage medium and computer program product for high speed train measurements and signaling. A wireless device, comprising: at least one antenna; at least one radio coupled to the at least one antenna; and a processor coupled to the at least one radio; wherein the processor is configured to: receive, via the at least one radio, at least one Radio Resource Control (RRC) signaling from a cellular base station, the at least one RRC signaling at least comprises one or more information element (IE) of a group of IEs, wherein, the group of IEs at least includes a first IE indicating to enable or disable enhancement on a Secondary Cell (SCell) in Frequency Range 2 (FR2), and a second IE indicating to enable or disable enhancement on a Primary Secondary Cell (PSCell); and perform enhancement on one or more corresponding cells in response to the received at least one RRC signaling, wherein, the enhancement comprises determining a reduced time period for Primary Synchronization Signal (PSS) /Secondary Synchronization Signal (SSS) detection and/or determining a reduced time period for intra-frequency measurements.

    Abstract: Disclosed are embodiments for a request and response signaling between first and second user equipment (UE) via a PC5 link for configuring inter-UE coordination. In some embodiments, request signaling entails a first UE identifying a transmit resource pool of the first UE to be sensed or evaluated by the second UE; instructing the second UE to report information indicating a quantity of resources; and instructing the second UE to evaluate the resources to be reported. In other embodiments, response signaling entails a first UE receiving from the second UE a request signal for inter-UE coordination; indicating a set of one or more resources, in which the set is indicated as corresponding to whitelist, blacklist, or collision list; and providing a validity time for resources indicated.

    Abstract: Switching schemes at a mobile device may include, in response to being within range of a transmission and reception point (TRP) of a plurality of TRPs associated with a high speed train (HST), decoding a communication received from a network. The communication may include a first radio resource control (RRC) information element (IE) having an HST configuration associated with an HST scheme. The HST configuration may be applied to thereby operate using the HST scheme. In response to being out of range of the plurality of TRPs associated with the HST, a communication received from the network may be decoded. The communication may include a second RRC IE having a non-HST configuration associated with a non-HST scheme. The non-HST configuration may be applied to thereby operate using the non-HST scheme.
