    Abstract: The invention relates to 2-phenyl-2H-pyridazine-3-ones of general formula (I ), wherein the variables R1, R2, X, Y and Z have the following meanings: X represents halogen; Y represents fluorine or chlorine; Z represents oxygen; R1 represents hydrogen or C1-C4 alkyl; R2 represents chlorine, OR3 or NR4R5, wherein R3, R4 and R5 have the meanings as cited in Claim No. 1; Z can also represent a group NR6 if R2 represents a group OR7, wherein R6 and R7 have t he meanings as cited in Claim No. 1.
