The invention relates to novel 1,4-cycloalkano-oxazepines of the general formula where R1 is hydrogen, hydroxyl or alkoxy or acyloxy of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R2 is a hydrocarbon radical of 1 to 3 carbon atoms, n is 1, 2 or 3 and x is 0 or 1, and of its salts with physiologically acceptable acids; processes for their preparation, and their use in therapy. The novel substances are suitable for the pharmacotherapy of pains of various origins.
