Abstract:
The novel polyamide fibers comprising stainable particles contain 80 to 99.95% by weight polyamide, 0.05 to 20% by weight stainable particles, and 0 to 19.95% by weight additives, wherein the sum of the weight percentages is 100%.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of an aliphatic or partially aromatic polyamide, in which an aqueous composition of the monomers is subjected to an oligomerization at elevated temperature and increased pressure, the reaction mixture is optionally subjected to a first decompression to reduce the water content, the (optionally decompressed) reaction mixture is heated within a short time to a temperature above the melting temperature of the polyamides and the heated reaction mixture is subjected to a (further) decompression to reduce the water content and to an after-polymerization.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing an activated monomer composition containing at least one lactam and/or lactone, a catalyst, and an activator, wherein said method enables the produced monomer composition to be stored because the monomer composition is stable with respect to polymerization. Said monomer composition is used, among other things, for producing a molded polyamide part by means of ring-opening, anionic polymerization.
Abstract:
The use of thermoplastic molding materials comprising A) 10 to 98.8% by weight of a mixture formed from a1) 40 to 70% by weight of nylon-6,6 or nylon-4,6 or nylon-6 or mixtures thereof, a2) 30 to 60% by weight of a polyamide having a ratio of methylene to amide groups of 7 to 12, B) 1 to 50% by weight of a fibrous or particulate filler, C) 0.1 to 3% by weight of a lubricant, D) 0.05 to 3% by weight of a heat stabilizer, E) 0 to 40% by weight of further additives, where the sum of the percentages by weight A) to E) and a1) and a2) adds to 100%, for production of stress cracking- and corrosion-resistant moldings.
