Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce production of rust by providing an antenna stationary part for support mount to a rear side of the reflector main body integrally, reducing number of components so as to reduce the weight and to reduce the mount man-hour. CONSTITUTION:An antenna use stationary part 3 is made of a synthetic resin and formed integrally when a reflector main body 1 is formed. A radio wave reflection member 2 is provided on the surface of the main body 1, and the support mount use stationary part 3 and the main body 1 are formed integrally to the rear side of the body 1 and a boss 4 integral with the main body 1 is provided to the lower side of the stationary part 3. The stationary part 3 is made up of a couple of upright walls 3A, 3B and the boss 5 is formed integrally with the main body 1 between them. A support stationary metallic fixture 7 provided to the stationary part 3 is used to mount the reflector to a support 6 and a horn support arm 8 is fitted to the bosses 4, 5. Through the constitution above, the center position of the stationary part 3 is above the center position X of the main body 1 and the deviation between the centers is set so as to be 10% of a major diameter of the main boy 1 or less.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate process, make continuous forming possible and consequently easily and rapidly manufacture a multilayer composite formed body by a method wherein the multilayer composite formed body is made out of ultra-high- molecular-weight polyethylene layer and thermoplastic elastomer layer. CONSTITUTION:As the ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene(UHMPE), one having the mean molecular weight by viscosity method of 500,000-20,000,000, preferable 1,000,000-8,000,000 can be used. As the thermoplastic elastomer, styrene-based thermoplastic elastomer, olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer, or the like is used. Powdered UHMPE 2 and thermoplastic elastomer 1' are filled in a mold 3 in the order named. Next, the air in the raw material is driven out by lowering an upper mold 4 and, after that, both the mold 3 and the upper mold 4 are heated. By heating the raw material up to the melting point of UHMPE 2' or higher so as to be uniformly melted in order to be able to manufacture a multilayer composite formed body after the cooling of this molds 3 and 4 and the removal of pressure.
