Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the stability in heat resistance for making the reuse of molded product feasible by using silane base coupling agent within a specific range as a surface processing agent. SOLUTION: The title compound for polyamide resin magnet in notably enhanced heat resistance stability can be produced by using the silane base coupling agent made from the low class alcoxy radical or one or two low class alcoxy radical and residual low alcoxy by 0.1-3.0wt.% within the range preferably 0.2-1.0wt.% as a surface processing agent to 100wt.% of magnetic body particles. Furthermore, the melting viscosity at 280-300 deg.C of a blended particles of a recovered molded body of reused one and virgin one blended at the ratio of 10-30wt.% can be attained within a shorter time than that for the viscosity rise by the virgin one only and the larger the mixing degree of the reused one, the shorter the time.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain the subject foam sealing material having excellent water- stopping properties without generating wall-thinning phenomenon with passage of time nor low weatherability by reacting specific polyhydroxyl compound with expanding agent in the presence of foam stabilizer. CONSTITUTION:(A) Polyol having saturated hydrocarbon resin skeleton as polyhydroxyl compound is reacted with (B) water and organic isocyanate as expanding agent in the presence of (C) reactive silicon oil having OH group as foam stabilizer to afford the aimed sealing material. Besides, the component A is preferably hydrogenated polyisoprene or polybutadiene having at least two OH groups in a molecule.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prepare a conductive polyurethane foam which is flexible, has a uniform cell structure, and shows a little swelling with water by mixing a specific urethane prepolymer with an aq. dispersion of a conductive carbon black in such an amt. that an excess equivalent of water is supplied to the NCO group of said prepolymer, and foaming the mixture under specified conditions. CONSTITUTION:A urethane prepolymer which is obtd. by reacting a polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene copolyether polyol having a polyoxyethylene chain content based on the total polyol of 30wt.% or lower (e.g. an adduct of ethylene oxide and propylene oxide with glycerin) with an excess equivalent of an isocyanate (e.g. tolylene diisocyanate) is mixed with an aq. dispersion of a conductive carbon black in such an amt. that an excess equivalent of water is supplied to the NCO group of said prepolymer, and the mixture is foamed and molded in a mold having an internal volume smaller than the vol ume of a foam freely blown under the atmospheric pressure.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a laminate excellent in the durability of static electrification preventing effect, while the feeling of skin material is not lost by laminating a polyurethane foam with static electrification preventing effect on the rear surface of a surface material of the cloth, etc., for a normal sheet. CONSTITUTION:A static electrification preventing foam is made by impregnating a normal urethane foam with carbon black. The intrinsic electrical resistance value of this static electrification preventing foam is 7X10 OMEGA (23 deg.C, 8%RH). This static electrification preventing foam is sliced into 10mm thickness and is stuck to the cloth (polyester moquette) being used for the seat of an existing automobile by using a polyurethane adhesive, whereby a laminate is obtained.

CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. liquid low-MW resol phenolic resin (A) is mixed with a blowing agent (B) (e.g., chloroform), 0.2-10pts.wt. foam stabilizer (C) selected from among nonionic surfactants prepared by adding 40-90 mol of ethylene oxide to castor oil (hydrogenated derivatives) or fatty acid substance obtained by hydrolysis of their glycerides and a curing agent (D) (e.g., p- toluenesulfonic acid), and the obtained mixture is poured into a mold and cured by expansion.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll of a conductive polyurethane foam which is dense, has homogeneous cells, is flexible, has no significant water swellability, and has good dimensional stability, and to provide a process for preparing the same. SOLUTION: In a roll having a conductive polyurethane foam prepd. by adding, to a urethane prepolymer, a water dispersion of a conductive carbon particle in an amt. large enough to feed a stoichiometrically excessive amt. of water to the isocyanate group and conducting mixing and foaming, the urethane prepolymer is prepd. by reacting a polyoxyethylene/polyoxypropylene copolymer polyether polyol having a polyoxyethylene chain content of not more than 30wt.% based on the total polyol content with a stoichiometrically excessive isocyanate component. In the preparation of the roll, foaming after the mixing is carried out in a mold having a smaller internal volume than the volume of a foam which has been prepd. by spontaneous foaming under atmospheric pressure.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To perfectly remove wavy wrinkles by extremely simple equipment by widening the end part of a resin foamed sheet outwardly by the rotation of rotary rolls when the resin foamed sheet is transferred in a suspended state while it keeps in contact with the rotary rolls. CONSTITUTION:A pair of rotary rolls 2 in an inclined state lowered on the leading end side thereof are arranged so as to come into contact with both end parts of the resin foamed sheet 1 continuously transferred in a suspended state while accompanied by wavy wrinkles 100 after a foaming process. The resin foamed sheet 1 further transferred in a suspended state in the contact state with the rotary rolls 2 is brought into contact with a cooling roll 3 and cooled by the cooling roll 3 to become a sheet stable at room temp. The angle thetaof inclination of the rotary rolls 2 is pref. within a range of 5 deg.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a light panel board which is excellent in rigidity, heat insulation, noise absorption, and thermal moisture resistance and can be deeply drawable, by a method wherein a polyol component and an isocyanate component are discharged on a moisture nonpermeable film by making the isocyanate component react excessively under a presence of water and an organic foaming agent, a nonwoven fabric is pressed and then, this laminated material is brought into contact with water to be heated. CONSTITUTION:When a polyol component is made to react on an isocyanate component under a presence of either or both of water and organic foaming agent of monochloro trichloromethane or the like, they are made to react under a state in which the isocyanate component exists more excessively than a reaction equivalent and foam is generated. When it is used as a foam raw material and foaming and moulding are successively in a panel form performed on double conveyors, a moisture non-permeable film 2 is laid on the conveyor, and a cream 3, stirring mixing liquid, is made to flow uniformly from above the conveyor traversing it to be moulded into a continuous block form of a low foaming height. Further at a time when some tack remains on an upper surface of this block, a continuous panel board of a controlled thickness of which both surfaces are covered by the moisture non- permeable film and the nonwoven fabric can be moulded by compressing above-mentioned continuous block on the conveyor via the nonwoven fabric 6.
