    Abstract: Thin film-reinforced glasses which are excellent in impact resistance and penetration resistance and have satisfactory durability. One of the film-reinforced glasses comprises a glass sheet and an organic polymer film laminated thereto through a transparent adhesive layer, wherein the transparent adhesive layer comprises a first transparent adhesive layer facing the glass sheet and comprising a polyvinyl butyral and a second transparent adhesive layer facing the organic polymer film and comprising an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer. The other film-reinforced glass comprises one glass sheet and an organic polymer film laminated thereto through a transparent adhesive layer made of an organic resin, wherein the organic polymer film has, on the side opposite to the transparent adhesive layer, a hard coat layer comprising a cured film formed from a curable resin containing fine silica particles.

    Abstract: A method producing a low-density flexible polyurethane foam comprising stirring a starting mixture containing a polyhydroxy compound, a polyisocyanate, a foaming agent and a catalyst to thereby foam the mixture, in which a foaming agent selected from the group consisting of water, formic acid and its salts is used in an amount of at least 10% by weight as water equivalent per 100 parts by weight of the polyhydroxy compound, and the mixture is stirred at 15 DEG C. or below by previously adjusting the temperature of the mixture to 15 DEG C. or below and under a highly catalytic activity.

    Abstract: A method for producing a low-density flexible polyurethane foam comprises stirring a starting mixture containing a polyhydroxy compound, a polyisocyanate, a foaming agent and a catalyst to thereby foam the mixture, in which a foaming agent selected from water, formic acid and its salts is used in an amount of at least 5% by weight as water equivalent per 100 parts by weight of the polyhydroxy compound, and the mixture is stirred at 15 DEG C or below by previously adjusting the temperature of the mixture to 15 DEG C or below and under a highly catalytic activity. This keeps down the potentially damaging temperature reached in the interior of the material during foaming.

    Abstract: An anisotropically electroconductive film, which has a high reliability in its capacity for conducting electricity and also a good adhesion under such an adhesive condition that the film is heated at a temperature of 130 DEG C or less for a short period of time, has a layer of an adhesive within which electroconductive particles are distributed. An anisotropically electroconductive film, which has a good adhesion to both ITO and SiOX, has an adhesive composed of a thermoset resin composition including a base resin, a melamine resin, and the electroconductive particles. An anisotropically electroconductive film of which the adhesive can be easily controlled in its reaction rate of hardening and which has a high reliability in conductivity and also a good adhesion under such an adhesive condition that the film is heated at a low temperature and under a low pressure, has a layer of the adhesive containing electroconductive particles dispersed therein and which is composed of a thermosetting resin composition including a base resin, a polymerization inhibitor, and the electroconductive particles.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a film-reinforced glass, which has excellent impact resistance, penetration resistance and durability and which can be easily prepared. The constitution of the glass consists of one glass plate and a film comprising an organic polymer which is superposed thereon through a transparent adhesive layer, wherein the transparent adhesive layer comprises a first transparent adhesive layer of polyvinyl butyral and a second transparent adhesive layer of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer; or wherein a hard coat layer consisting of a cured layer formed from a curable resin containing fine particles of silica is provided on the surface of the organic polymer film on the side in noncontact with the transparent adhesive layer.
