Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of transmitting a busy incoming signal to an extension and to speed up a response to a caller by transferring busy incoming call to a selected idle line. CONSTITUTION:A control part 20 detects the busy incoming signal, searches the idle line and judges the presence or absence when the busy incoming call is given. When the idle line is present, a line from ISDN is transferred to the idle line. If there is the incoming call in an ISDN line 1 when the lines 1 and 2 are in a connected state as illustrated, for example, the bus incoming signal is transmitted from the side of a network. The control part 20 detects the busy incoming signal and detects that the channel B1 of the line 2 is in an idle state. Then, the previous busy incoming signal is transferred to the line by transmitting a transfer destination number by 'incoming call transfer' and 'call setting' messages of a feature activation, for ex ample.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To attain the communication with various terminal equipments on the condition of called party charging by detecting and registering caller number information element in a setup message received from a line, confirming the restoration of a caller and using the registered caller number to make loopback calling. CONSTITUTION:A network 3 connects a telephone set 2 to an ISDN line 6 designated by a called party number in a setup message sent from the telephone set 2. A control section 10 of an exchange 8 searches the information element in the arrived setup message from a memory 11 and when the information is coincident with a stored password, the caller identification number in the memory 11 is checked, and when it is coincident, a call message is sent. A caller receives the message and restores itself once for waiting, then the exchange sends a loopback setup signal to the caller. When the telephone set 2 replies the call, the exchange calls the ISDN line 6 and the called telephone set 12 to make the talking between the telephone sets 2, 12 available. Thus, the charging is imposed onto the extension terminal equipment 12 being the apparent caller.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To execute packet communication using a D-channel by deciding a packet information processing means which executes the processing of a packet where an identifier is included in accordance with the identification result of an identification means and providing a processing distribution means distributing the processing. CONSTITUTION:ISDN extension interfaces 6 and 7 and an ISDN office interface 8 separate/multiplex information on an information channel (B-channel) and information on a control channel (D-channel). Thus, the ISDN extension interfaces 6 and 7 and the ISDN office interface 8 execute the processing to a layer 2 in LAPD control for packet communication and a packet handler 3 being the other exchange function executes the processing of the D-channel packet of a layer 3. Thus, the buffer capacitance of the interface and the load of the processing are prevented from increasing. Thus, packet communication using the D-channel can be executed with allowance.

When the control signal received from a slave station is detected on the incoming highway 5, the change of the address of the slave station is discontinued. Then the change of the slave station is restarted after transmission of the necessary number of control signals.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To decrease the number of tone detection means and to simplify the constitution by detecting a tone signal through the periodic connection of a channel to plural external lines sequentially through exchange switches. CONSTITUTION:A 400Hz detector 5 detects a busy tone or an opposite party interruption tone from a dial tone from plural external lines. An exchange switch is switched sequentially as to an external line not in use to connect the 400Hz detector 5 to an external line channel sequentially. In case of sequential monitor of COT1-COTn, the 400Hz detector 5 is reconnected to the next external line to that connected at present and uses a 100msec timer and observes the 400Hz detection output and repeats it when no output exists. When detected, the circuit is initialized and a 50sec timer is used for standby. Thus, it is possible to check 10 external lines or so and release is reduced considerably.
