    Abstract: PURPOSE:To limit the directionality of protein with respect to the inside and outside of a vesicular membrane by incorporating membrane protein modified by a carrier having a predetermined volume and shape in a liposome to form a proteoliposome. CONSTITUTION:The specific region of the hydrophilic side chain of membrane protein 2 is modified by a carrier to be immobilized. Subsequently, a dispersion of a liposome 3 is mixed with the membrane protein 2 held to the carrier to incorporate the membrane protein 2 in the liposome and, thereafter, the membrane protein 2 is dissociated from the carrier 1 to form a proteoliposome 4. As the aforementioned liposome, any one capable of taking a bimolecular membrane lamella structure may be used and there are various phospholipids, glycolipids and neutral lipids. As an embodiment of a method for bonding and dissociating the specific region of the hydrophilic side chain of membrane protein, a chromatography technique of protein can be applied.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide the title ink which has excellent shelf stability and gives prints having good water resistance, by dissolving a salt of a leuco sulfur dye and an antioxidant in a liquid medium composed of at least water and an org. solvent. CONSTITUTION:0.1-15wt% salt of a leuco sulfur dye (e.g., leuco Na salt of C.I. Sulfur Blue 7) or 0.1-15wt% in total of a salt of a leuco sulfur dye and an water-soluble anionic dye (e.g., C.I. Recording is made by depositing droplets of the ink on the surface of a material to be recorded, on which fibrous components of said material are exposed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the blotting of ink when printing is made on a recording material of which fibers are exposed on the surface whereon printing is to be made, and to prevent the tardiness of drying of a printed substance, by making preparation so that the viscosity obtained when the rate of content of a solid material in a composi tion is specified may satisfy specific conditions. CONSTITUTION:Ink has a coloring material, a volatile solvent whose vapor pressure at 25 deg.C is 1 mm Hg and a solid material whose molecular weight is 300 or above, as indispensable components. It is otherwise a liquid composition having as an addi tional indispensable component a solvent of low viscosity whose vapor pressure at 25 deg.C is below 1 mm Hg and whose viscosity is 10 cP or below, and it is ink for ink jet prepared so that the following formula be satisfied when the viscosity (at 25 deg.C) in the condition of the 10 wt % content of the solid material in the composition is denoted by A cP and the viscosity (at 25 deg.C) in the condition of the 30 wt % content thereof by B cP. B/A >= 3. By using the ink having such a characteristic as stated above, an improvement in the blotting of an ink dot in a recording material, such as cloth or paper, of which fibers are exposed on the surface whereon recording is to be made, and an improvement in the drying property of a printed substance, are attained at the same time.
