    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the conductive thin film manufacturing process, and to manufacture homogeneous element by using the solution, which includes metal compound and amino alcohol. SOLUTION: Water is added to tetramonoethanol amine paradium acetate, polyvinyl alcohol saponificate, ethyl alcohol, amino methyl propanediol so as to obtain the paradium compound solution. This paradium compound solution is filtered by a membrane filter, and direct current voltage is applied to a predetermined heater inside of a head, and the paradium compound solution is discharged to a gap between element electrodes 5, 6 of a quartz board. This board is dried by air, and thereafter, heated for thermal decomposition of the paradium compound, and an even paradium oxide film without generating deposition of crystal is formed. Voltage is applied between the element electrodes 5, 6 so as to electrify an electron emitting part forming thin film, and an electron emitting part 3 is thereby formed.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the conductive thin film forming process, to homogenize electron emitting element, and to reduce the unevenness of luminance of a device by using the liquid including the organic metal complex, which includes amino alcohol in a molecule. SOLUTION: Isopropyl alcohol is added to paradium acetate, and agitated, and while amino-methyl-propanediol is added, and they are agitated, and after a reaction is generated, this reaction mixture liquid is filtered, and the pressure of the filtered liquid is reduced for distillation. Acetone is added to the residue, and crystallized for filtering, and acetone is added to this crystal, and agitated, and filtered again. This operation is repeated, and after washing the crystal with acetone, the crystal is dried in vacuum so as to obtain paradium acetate. As a result, in a process for manufacturing electron emitting element, deposition of crystal of the metal compound is eliminated, and homogenized element can be manufactured.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a device for producing LB film with which giant liposomes having sufficient mechanical and physical strengths and excellent stability and having diameters of tens of micrometers or larger, especially hundreds of micrometers, can be produced in a large amount in a simple manner under mild conditions and in which LB film formation can be conducted simultaneously with any of various oxidation or reduction reactions; and to provide a method of producing an LB film using the device. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous alkali metal salt solution (a) which contains, dispersed therein, liposomes containing a polymerizable lipid is frozen and melted, and is then dialyzed against an aqueous salt solution or buffer which has a lower salt concentration than the solution (a). The obtained enlarged liposomes are maintained at a certain temp. to further coalesce the droplets into larger ones. The polymerizable lipid contained in the layers of the resulting giant liposomes is then polymerized. In LB film formation, an electrode is disposed either on the surface of a liquid phase for developing LB molecules or inside the phase and an electric current is applied so as to flow through the electrode and a substrate on which an LB film is to be deposited.

A pref. recording material is a water-soluble dye, while a pref. liq. medium is water and/or an org. solvent.
