    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption by printing integer stages on a display device, and inhibiting the integer stages from being driven when a value of an intemediate stage is displayed. CONSTITUTION:A liquid-crystal display element consists of polarizing plates 7 and 11, transparent glass plates 8 and 9 with transparent electrodes 8BZ and 9AZ, and liquid crystal 10, and on a surface of the transparent glass plate 8, an annular display member 8A for indicating intermediate stages of a display plate and a display member 17 for indicating contours of numbers of integer stages are printed. Those display members 8A and 17 are visible even while the liquid-crystal display element is not driven. For example, when a photographic speed higher than ASA100 by a 1/3 stage which is one of intermediate stage values is set and an aperture value higher than F5.6 by a 1/3 stage which is one of intermediate stage values is set, only a liquid-crystal display element for an intermediate stage which corresponds to said values is driven.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a stop signal for dimmer operation at high precision timing by making dull the abrupt emission of the emission source, by connecting the power source circuit and lighting unit with a cable having a specified impedance. CONSTITUTION:A dimmer type strobe device radiates an illuminating light to the subject, and the reflected light is detected by a photo detector. When the quantity of reflected light reaches the specified amount, the emission from the emission source is stopped by an integrating circuit, etc. The lighting current for xenon tube flows out from a main capacitor through cables 6, 5, but since abrupt rise light quantity characteristic cannot be obtained due to the impedance components of the cable, the tolerance for the action time until stopping of emission due to OFF switching of xenon tube becomes large. Therefore, the timing for emission stopping for dimmer operation may be attained at high precision.

SOLUTION: A head-mount display 1006 detects the sight line position of a user whose observes video displayed on the screen of an external monitor 1009 and directs the gaze to the video and inputs the detection result computer 1008. The personal computer 1008 specifies a choice made on the video according to the sight line position data from the head-mount display 1006 and performs its input process. According to the sight line position data, the detection result state such as success or failure in sight line detection, an in-blinking state, or the making of the same choice is judged and the detection result information is reported to the user the user by being displayed while, for example, the color of a choice item included in the video is changed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a photographic paper from being bent or damaged by providing a pushing-up plate which turns and pushes up the photographic paper to a paper feeding member when a pressing means advances through a hole part inside the bottom of a housing member. CONSTITUTION:The pushing-up plate 5 which turns and pushes up the photographic paper 8 to the paper feeding member 40 when the pressing means 97 advances through the hole part is provided inside the bottom of the housing member 4. When a pushing-up pin 97 thrusts up the plate 5 of the housing case 4, the plate 5 turns centering around a shaft 6 to bring the photographic paper 8 into contact with a supply roller 43, so that the photographic paper 8 is supplied to an image reproducing part. Since the photographic paper on the pushing-up plate is pushed up to the side of the paper feeding member and the photographic paper in the housing member does not directly touch the pressing means, the photographic paper is prevented from being bent or damaged.
