Abstract: A process for transferring a coating onto at least one optical surface of a lens blank which comprises : providing a lens blank having at least one geometrically defined surface ; providing a support having an internal surfa ce bearing a coating and an external surface ; depositing on said geometrically defined surface of said lens blank or said coating a pre-measured amount of a curable glue ; moving relatively to each other the lens blank and the suppor t to either bring the coating into contact with the curable glue or bring the curable glue into contact with the geometrically defined surface of the lens blank ; applying a sufficient pressure onto the external surface of the support so that the thickness of a final glue layer after curing is less tha n 100 micrometers ; curing the glue ; and withdrawing the mold part to recover the lens blank with the coating adhered onto its geometrically defined surfa ce.

Abstract: Una estructura de polarización que comprende: - una película de polarización; - una película protectora provista al menos en una cara de la película de polarización de una capa de adhesivo, en la que dicha capa de adhesivo es un adhesivo a base de glioxal, al menos una de dicha película protectora orientada hacia dicha película de polarización comprende además una estructura de imprimación de adhesión, dicha película protectora es elegida a partir de PC y PMMA; y dicha capa de adhesivo a base de glioxal es obtenida a partir de una solución en agua de glioxal que comprende: - entre aproximadamente 3% y 40% en peso de glioxal, - entre 2% y 6% en peso de polímero de alcohol polivinílico (PVOH), - menos de 1% en peso de un compuesto para ajustar el pH; y - el resto agua, estando presente el polímero de PVOH en una cantidad menor o igual que la cantidad de glioxal.
