Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the title concrete by incorporating concrete with surfactant foam. CONSTITUTION:The objective concrete can be obtained by incorporating (A) a concrete composition comprising (1) cement, (2) aggregates, (3) a (high- performance) water reducing agent, (4) a high-early-strength-developing agent, (5) a retarder, and (6) a thickening agent with (B) 2-6vol.% of foam 1-1000mum in mean bubble size of an aqueous surfactant solution with a surface tension of 14-40dyne/cm.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a production of a cement dispersant. CONSTITUTION:This cement dispersant is produced by the following processes (1) and (2) in the production of the alkali metal salt of a naphthalenesulfonic acid-formalin condensate. (1) One mol of naphthalene is sulfonated with 1.12-1.17 mols of fuming sulfuric acid (expressed in terms of sulfuric acid). (2) Neutralization is carried out with the double salt consisting of one mol of sodium salt and 0.8-1.2 mols of potassium salt. As a result, the process for producing the dispersant is drastically simplified, and the cost is reduced. The dispersant has excellent dispersibility and is widely used in the field of ready-mixed cement, secondary products, etc.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the subject stabilizer, containing a copolycondensate prepared by cocondensing a phenolsulfonate and phenol with formaldehyde under alkaline conditions and capable of dispersing coal powder in water, dispersing and stabilizing the coal powder in a state for enabling pipe line transportation. CONSTITUTION:The objective stabilizer containing a copolycondensate prepared by cocondensing phenolsulfonate and phenol in an amount of 4-30mol%, preferably 8-15mol% based on 1mol phenolsulfonate with formaldehyde under alkaline conditions.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide the cement dispersant having high dispersibility by forming the dispersant of a copolycondensation product formed by cocondensation of phenol sulfonate and formaldehyde at alkaline side. CONSTITUTION:The cement dispersant is formed by using the copolycondensation product formed by cocondensating 4 to 30mol, more particularly 8 to 15mol formaldehyde per 1mol phenol sulfonate (sodium salt, potassium salt is suitable) for 5 to 15 hours at pH 7 to 9 as its essential component. The amt. of this dispersant to be added is 0.1 to 1.5W% of the solid content of the hydraulic cement compsn..
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening method capable of improving the dispersibility of inorganic fibers by suppressing the re-aggregating of the inorganic fibers, and to provide a composite board having improved bending strength. SOLUTION: In this opening method, the inorganic fibers are opened in water added with a quaternary ammonium salt type cationic surfactant. The inorganic fibers show negative potential and the cationic surfactant shows positive potential in water. Then the adsorption of the cationic surfactant to th surface of the inorganic fiber is considered to be strong. As a result, the inorganic fibers, on which the cationic surfactant is adsorbed, repel each other by the positive charge of the cationic surfactant adsorbed on the surface to improve the dispersibility to suppress the re-aggregation.
