    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a detergent compsn. improved in foaming power, detergency, and sterilizing power by incorporating an anionic surfactant, a nitrogen-contg. nonionic surfactant, polylysine, and a chelating agent into the same. SOLUTION: 5-80 wt.%, pref. 5-60 wt.%, anionic surfactant having an 8-18C, pref. 10-14C, alkyl group, 1-50 wt.%, pref. 2-40 wt.%, at least one nitrogen-contg. nonionic surfactant selected from among tert. amine oxides, fatty acid alkanolamides, and fatty acid sugar amides, 0.0001-1 wt.%, pref. 0.0005-0.5 wt.%, polylysine obtd. by culturing microorganisms of the genus Streptomyces, and 0.01-5 wt.% at least one chelating agent selected from among citric acid, tartaric acid, malic acid, fumaric acid, succinic acid, and their salts are compounded. Thus is obtd. a detergent compsn. which is suitable for cleaning and sterilizing kitchen utensils (e.g. sponges, chopping boards, or dish towels), tableware, foods, etc.

SOLUTION: One to eighty wt.%, pref. 5-60 wt.%, surfactant selected from among anionic, nonionic, and amphoteric surfactants, 0.0001-1 wt.%, pref. 0.0005-0.5 wt.% polylysine obtd. by culturing microorganisms of the genus Streptomyces, 0.00001-2 wt.%, pref. 0.00005-0.15 wt.%, at least one compd. selected from among 2-bromo-2-nitropropane-1,3-diol, 1,2-benzothiazolin-3-one, and 5-chloro-2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one, and optionally a solubilizer (e.g. ethanol, glycerin, or propylene glycol), a thickener (e.g. gum arabic, dextran, or pullulan), and additives such as a perfume, a colorant, an antiseptic, and an antimildew agent are dissolved in water.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a liquid detergent composition having excellent detergency and not undergoing a long-term change during storage by using an alkali agent and using a specified amine as the counter ion of an anionic surfactant. SOLUTION: This composition contains an amine component comprising monomethyldiethanolamine and/or dimethylmonoethanolamine. The monomethyldiethanolamine and/or the dimethylmonoethanolamine are used in an amount of desirably 0.1-30wt.% based on the composition. It is desirable that the composition further contains a surfactant which is at least one member selected among nonionic surfactants, anionic surfactants, cationic surfactants and amphoteric surfactants. The surfactant is used in an amount of desirably 5-70wt.% based on the composition. In addition to the above components, it may contain additives conventionally used. It has excellent stability. The balance may be water. It is relatively stable even when it contains only a small amount of water.

CONSTITUTION: The compsn. contains a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether (A) having a prim. alcohol-derived alkyl group, a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether (B) having a sec. alcohol-derived alkyl group in a wt. ratio to component A of (1/10)-(10/1), and 0.1-20wt.% polyethylene glycol (C) having an average mol.wt. of 200-5,000. Pref. component A is an adduct of on average 5-15mol of ethylene oxide to an 8-16C prim. alcohol; and component B is an adduct of on average 5-15mol of ethylene oxide to an 8-16Csec. alcohol. The sum of the concns. of components A and B is 20-60wt.%. The compsn. contains an alkaline agent in such an amt. that the pH of the compsn. is 6-12.
