    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sole for antistatic shoes and the antistatic shoes applied with the soles, which are excellent in hydrolysis resistance in outsole and have excellent strength and moderate electrical conductivity as the whole sole section. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the sole for antistatic shoes and the antistatic shoes obtained with the manufacturing method are described as follows; (A) A compound having two or more active hydrogen atoms in the molecule and a poly-isocyanate compound are reacted in the presence of a conductive agent and a catalyst, given a pressing process, and formed into an outsole having a molding density more than 0.85 g/cm3 or more, and then, (B) a midsole shaping section is formed between the outsole and a vamp body which are connectable through a conductive member or projected portions disposed on the outsole, a compound having two or more hydrogen atoms in the molecule and a poly-isocyanate compound are reacted in the midsole shaping section under the presence of a catalyst and a foaming agent, given a pressing process, and the midsole is shaped.
