    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a coating film having a uniform hue free from color irregularity by mixing a plurality of kinds of powder coating materials mutually different in hue without melting them to perform color matching and mixing the powder coating materials with a fluidity enhancer in this mixing before performing electrostatic powder spray coating by charged powder coating materials. SOLUTION: In coating, at first, two kinds of powder coating materials mutually different in hue are introduced into the first mixing part of a mixing space 11 from respective powder coating material inlets 3a, 3b and at the same time, a fluidity enhancer having an electric charge control function is introduced into the first mixing part from a fluidity enhancer inlet 4. Next, two kinds of the powder coating materials and the fluidity enhancer are simultaneously mixed by rotating first and second ratary members 17, 18 without being melted. Next, in an electrically charging space 12, the mixed powder coating material containing the fluidity enhancer is charged by static electricity generated by the friction of the powder coating material and linear members 21, 22 and the charged powder coating material is jetted to an object to be coated from an outlet 5 to form a coating film.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to obtain a coating film of a uniform hue by successively adhering plural kinds of powder coating materials varying in the hues from each other onto a surface to be coated by electrostatic force in such a manner that the coating films of the mixed hues are formed, thereafter the coating films are baked onto the surface to be coated. SOLUTION: The surface 5a to be coated is coated white before execution of coating in a coating line. The yellow powder coating material is adhered in a first coating stage 1 on the surface 5a to be coated which is coated with the white powder coating material, the magenta powder coating material is adhered thereto in a second coating stage 2 and the cyan powder coating material is adhered thereto in a third coating stage 3. The coating films composed of the powder coating material is adhered onto the surface 5a to be coated are cured by heating, by which the coating films are baked onto the surface 5a to be coated in a fourth stage 4. The object 5 to be coated is thereafter ejected from the baking position and is cooled, by which the coating of the desired hue is applied on the surface 5a to be coated.

In the formula, R1 is 1-36C a straight chain or a branched chain alkyl group or an alkyl phenyl group having alkenyl group, etc., R2 is alkyl, methacryl or 1-12C alkyl group, A is 2-4C alkylene group, (n) is an integer of 0-100, M is mono or divalent cation, (m) is an ionic valency of M. Thus, the toner having an excellent moisture resistance is obtd.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the strength of paper from decreasing due to secular change, prevent mildew from propagating and further prevent the contents from deteriorating, by chiefly forming this hollow container of paper constituted of the mouth, the body and the bottom, forming the diameter of the body larger than that of the mouth, and applying powder coating on the outside and inside faces. SOLUTION: This hollow container 10 is covered with a coated film 12 of powder coating all over both outside and inside faces of a container body 11 chiefly made of pulp, and constituted of the mouth 13, the body 14, and the bottom 15 as a whole. The diameter of the body 14 and the bottom 15 is set almost the same with each other but the diameter of the mouth 13 is set smaller than the diameter of the body 14. In this way, moisture and oxygen is prevented from penetrating from the outside of the container into the container and further, the quality of the contents is prevented from deteriorating due to propagation of mildew and ingress of water or oxygen. Moreover, the strength of the container 10 is more enhanced and leakage of the contents is effectively prevented.

The powder may be produced in the same manner as the process for producing general power coating materials and is more specifically prepd. by melting and kneading, for example, resins, etc., with an extruder, etc., and cooling the melt, then subjecting the melt to physical pulverization using a pulverizing device, such as hammer mill, then classifying the powder by using a classifying machine, such as an air classifying machine. As a result, the power coating materials remaining in the coating devices is adhered to the powder by electrodes attraction and, therefore, the power coating material are more easily removed by washing.

The bonding resin is not especially limited and polyester resin, epoxy resin or a styrene- acrylic copolymer may be used but polyester resin is preferably used because the resultant toner is liable to ensure both color forming property and durability. The colored particles are bonded by a bonding method under mechanical stirring, a bonding method by heating, a bonding method using an adhesive component or a combination of such methods.
