Abstract: A wearable device is provided that includes a base provided in an insole of a shoe, a pressure sensing unit provided in the base to sense a pressure selectively applied when a user walks, an acupressure unit provided to apply an acupressure to the user's foot, when the pressure is applied to the pressure sensing unit; and a wireless communication unit synchronized with an external mobile terminal.
