    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enhance the workability in assembly and the reliability in changeover operations, by assembling previously sliders, a holder and a plunger before they are inserted into a cylinder, and inserting the assembly from the opening of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:From the opened end 16a of a cylinder 16 on which a cover 33 provided with a discharge/suction pipe 19, the first and second connecting pipes 20, 21, and a cylinder 32 is fixed, a preassembly of sliders 22, 23, a holder 26, and a plunger 30 is inserted while interposing a return spring 35 between the cylinder and a fixed iron core 34. Even if a high-and low-pressure difference of a system is added on the inner and outer sides of the tunnel-shaped flow passage consisting of a pair of sliders 22, 23, and a holder 26, the sliders 22, 23, and a holder 26, the sliders 22, 23 are hardly subjected to the pressure difference, and the holder 26 is kept in the neutral point.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To cut cost and reduce dimension by reducing the dimension of an electromagnetic coil. CONSTITUTION:An electric discharge circuit D which instantly discharges the electric charge of an integration circuit 39b when a power source is cut off is installed. A transistor 39c which receives the output of the integration circuit 39b is installed in series with the primary coil 38e and in parallel to the secondary coil 38f. Further, a plunger 33 driven by the magnetic force of an electromagnetic coil 38 and a slidable valve 24 which selects the introducing passages through the sliding movement in a cylinder 16 formed into the valve body are installed. With such constitution, cost can be cut, and dimension can be reduced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To minimize the pressure receiving area of a slide valve by arranging the sealing position contacting with the seat surface of the valve in the innermost position capable of securing the flow passage cross-sectional area required as a four-way valve even if the high- or low-pressure difference of a system is applied on the inside or outside of the slide valve. CONSTITUTION:A valve seat 36 in which an effluent port 36b an the first and second passage ports 36c, 36d on both sides thereof are juxtaposed is provided inside the cylinder 33 forming a valve body. And a cap type slide valve 40 having a concave part 40b on the inside where a slide seat ring 41 being in contact with the valve seat 36 is fixed in the innermost position of an opening end 40a is provided. Furthermore, the slide valve 40 is moved by a solenoid 44 fixed on the center of a cover 43 which has been provided on one end of the cylinder 33. Thus, the passage ports 36c and 36d to be communicated with the effluent port 36b are selected to changeover a refrigerant circuit. And a spring 48 for returning the solenoid 44 is interposed between the cover 43 and the slide valve 40.
