    Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable the uniform extraction of tea by arranging a hot water storage tank, a pump, a connecting tube, a bend part and a suction tube. CONSTITUTION:A fixed time pump 3 runs by the operation of a tea supply switch set on an automatic tea feeder and a constant amount of hot water is delivered out through a first connecting tube 4 from a hot water storage tank 1. The hot water delivered from the pump 3 is poured to a tea filter 8 from a trickling port 7 through a bend 12 of a second connecting tube While a part of the hot water is returned to the water storage rank 1 with a suction tube 13 linking the bend 12 of the second connecting tube to the hot water storage tank 1, thus a constant amount of the hot water is supplied to the tea filter 8. The tea filter 8 enable the putting of a constant amount of tea into a cup 14 through a funnel 11 with the pouring of a high temperature hot water from the tricking port 7 as it is previously supplied with tea leaves by a tea leaf feeder 10. This allows the uniform extraction of tea thereby supplying tasty tea.

CONSTITUTION:In a hot-water feeder composed of a water storage tank 1, a pump 3 and a by-pass pipe 13, a second communicating pipe 6 and an ON-OFF valve 5 which opens after the operation of the pump 3 by detecting the hot-water temperature in pipes by a temperature sensor 14 mounted on a part of the by-pass pipe 13 are provided so that hot water at a low temperature collected in the second communicating pipe 6, etc., is returned by the by-pass pipe 13 to the hot-water storage tank 1 until the opening of the ON-OFF valve 5 by the by-pass pipe 13 connecting the second communicating pipe 6 and the hot-water storage tank 1 before the ON-OFF valve 5 and only hot water at a high temperature is supplied and accordingly the temperature of outgoing hot water is made constant.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To stop energization of a device according to a predetermined order when a total current capacity exceeds an electric capacity by providing a current sensor of a power source plug, a first comparator, a second comparator, and an output circuit. CONSTITUTION:Plug sockets 13-16 are connected to plugs 8 through normally close contacts 9-12. The contacts 9-12 are opened and closed by relays RY1-4 connected to flip-flops 26, 28, 30, 32, respectively. A current detector 20 detects a current value flowing to the plug 8. Loads such as a hot towel unit 4, a refrigerator 3, a tea supplying unit 1, etc., are connected to the sockets 13-19. If the total current of the loads exceeds a certain current value, the outputs of comparators 21, 22 is sequentially turned to L. The flip-flops 26, 28, 30, 32 have delay circuits of resistors R8-13 and capacitors C2-7, and open the relays RY1-3 to stop energization of the loads.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To securely waste used tea leaves residue in a tea filter, by fixing a rotary plate equipped with the tea filter at the end of the rotary shaft and providing a stopper to hit the rotary plate at the disposal position of the tea filter. CONSTITUTION:A rotary plate 17 equipped with a freely detachable filter 16 is fixed in such a manner that it is wound on a rotary shaft 18 locating in the middle of the common center line of two gears 12, 13. When tea leaves in the tea filter 16 are used by specified times, a disposal signal is transmitted to throw them away and a motor 11 starts to rotate clockwise at a constant speed, a cam 15 for turn-over fixed at a driven gear 13 rotating anti-clockwise raises a fitting protrusion 19. When a bearing pin 19b of a torsion coil spring 22 comes to pass the vertical plane connecting the rotary shaft 18 and the bearing pin 21, the rotary plate 17 rotates continuously in the clockwise direction by the repulsive force of the torsion coil spring 22 until it is hindered by a stopper 23. And, the tea leaves in the tea filter 16 are thrown away by the impulse of the half.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve response property upon switching between a cooler for refrigerating chamber and a cooler for freezing camber to reduce the occurrence of noise by a method wherein a space is provided in the reverse direction of a valve driving unit, whose volume is large, and a refrigerant control device is installed compactly. SOLUTION: In a refrigerant control device 5, a pipe 14 is formed so as to be directed downward whereby the pipe will not be superposed with a valve driving unit, whose volume is large, and a refrigerant control device 5 is permitted to be installed compactly. On the other hand, liquid refrigerant is stored immediately in the inlet port unit of a second capillary tube 7 upon closing the valve and the liquid refrigerant flows efficiently into a cooler for freezing chamber while gas refrigerant flows upward upon closing the valve and the liquid refrigerant is moved upward quickly by the flow speed of the gas refrigerant whereby response property upon switching between a cooler for refrigerant chamber and a cooler for freezing chamber is improved very much. Further, the diameter of a first capillary tube 3 is enlarged step by into the flow direction of refrigerant and the discharging speed of the refrigerant is reduced gradually whereby the vibration of the first capillary tube 3 is reduced and the generation of noise is also reduced.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly complete defrosting of an evaporator by driving a compressor for a preset time after the preset time has elapsed from start of defrosting and then stopping the compressor again. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 7 operates a timer to count time during a cooling operation, judges that 8 hours integrated on the timer has passed, stops a compressor 1 when a refrigerator temperature is less than a set value, and turns on a defrosting heater 6. Immediately after these operations, the microcomputer 7 starts the timer to count time again, and drives the compressor 1 after a prescribed time. Then, the microcomputer 7 stops the compressor 1 again, continues defrosting until a temperature of 10 deg.C is reached, turns off the defrosting heater 6 by a defrosting sensor 10 when the temperature exceeds 10 deg.C, and drives the compressor 1. As a result, it is possible to adjust a refrigerant holding amount in an evaporator to an optimum amount.
