    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the pulsation of discharge flow so as to obtain a silent two-cylider rotary compressor by uniting the discharge flow from a first compression chamber and that from a second compression chamber in a muffler with approximately half cycle phase delay. CONSTITUTION:A crankshaft 22 is provided with a first and a second eccentric shafts 23, 24, and a first cylinder 31 forms a first compression chamber 29 together with a rotor side housing 27 and a first middle plate 28. The first middle plate 28 is provided with a first discharge opening 31 for the passing of discharge flow from the first compression chamber 29 as well as with a first communicating hole 33for leading discharge flow to a muffler 32. A second cylinder 40 forms a second compression chamber 37 together with a second middle plate 34 and a non-rotor side housing 36, and is provided with a second communicating hole 35 for communicating the first communicating hole 33 with a release hole 39. The eccentric direction phase difference of the first and second eccentric shafts 23, 24 of the crankshaft 22 is determined in such a way that the discharge flow from the first compression chamber 29 and that from the second compression chamber 37 are united in the muffler 32, being dislocated by approximately half phase in relation to the rotational cycle of the crankshaft 22.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To make a substantial improvement over an assembly work by a method wherein a high pressure valve part is constructed with a main body and a seat fixed through a caulking of roll, a low pressure value fixed by the main body and the roll caulking is provided and the other end of the main body forms a low pressure refrigerant inlet pipe with a reduced diameter pipe. CONSTITUTION:One end of a cylindrical main body 34 is formed with a high pressure valve seat 39. A seat H36 provided with a high pressure refrigerant inlet and an outlet pipe is connected to one end. The main body has a leaf valve H for opening or closing a high pressure valve seat 39 of the seat H36 with a pressure of refrigerant, a spring 41 for biasing a leaf valve H40 against the high pressure valve seat 39 and its guide 45 and a seat M42 provided with an O-ring 43 at its end part, having a pipe through-hole 42a at its central part fixed by the main body 34 and the roll caulking part 44. The main body 34 of which position is set is inserted by an inner circumferential projection 47 of the stopper 46 and a low pressure valve 33 fixed by a roll caulking part 44 are provided. The other end of the main body 34 forms a low pressure refrig erant inlet pipe 51 with a reduced diameter pipe, thereby an assemblying work can be substantially improved and its reliability in operation can be improved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a low cost and high-reliable fluid control valve by a method wherein at least the end surface on the third valve seat body side of a first leaf valve is lined with rubber. CONSTITUTION:First and second valve devices 6 and 7 located in high and low pressure circuits A and B of a fluid control valve 1 are formed in a cylindrical body 8, and vertically partitioned by means of a third valve device 9. During running of a rotary compressor 2, a first leaf valve 13 is attracted to a third valve seat body 22, and an inlet 10 and an outlet 11 of the valve device 6 are intercommunicated. A high pressure refrigerant continuously flows from a condenser 3 to a capillary tube 4, a leaf valve 17 of the valve device 7 is opened by means of a force of gas flowing from an inlet 16 to an outlet 18, and a low pressure refrigerant continuously flows from a vaporizer 5 to the rotary compressor 2 to perform freezing operation. In this case, even when refuse is circulated togetherwith a refrigerant and is lodged between a valve seat body 22 and the leaf valve 13, fine refuse is attracted through resilient deformation of a rubber coating layer 23, and sealing ability of the valve device is ensured.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain sealability even if small amount of dusts, etc., are engaged and to effectively isolate between high pressure and low pressure sides by providing an annular groove on the end face of a third valve body in a third valve unit and pressing an annular elastic sealing ring partly protruding from the end face. CONSTITUTION:In a third valve unit 9, an annular groove 23 is formed on the end face of a first relief valve 13 of a valve body 22, and an elastic sealing ring 24 is pressed to be engaged. Refrigerant flows via a compressor 2 a condenser 3 a first valve unit 6 a capillary - a tube 4 an evaporator 5 a second valve unit 7 the compressor 2 to perform a freezing action. In this case, a leakage occurs between the third valve body 22 and the first relief valve 13, the quantity of refrigerant flowing from the condenser 3 to the capillary tube 4 is reduced that much, thereby disturbing a normal freezing action. This leakage occurs due to fine dusts in a freezing cycle system circulating together with the refrigerant and being engaged between the third valve body 22 and the first relieve valve 13. Since the fine dusts are sucked by the elastically deformed part of the elastic sealing ring 24 at this time, the sealability of the third valve unit is obtained.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the infiltration of the high-pressure gas into a compression chamber to the minimum and improve volume efficiency by extending a coil spring, pressure-welding one end of a swing cam to the outer periphery of a roller, and partitioning the compression chamber into the high-pressure chamber side and the low-pressure chamber side. CONSTITUTION:A rotating force in the fixed direction is invariably applied to a swing cam 32 by a coil spring 38, thus the outer periphery of a roller 12 rolled on one end is pressure-welded. Since a compression chamber 9 is partitioned into the high-pressure chamber side and the low-pressure chamber side, the gas sucked through a suction tube 20 is sucked to the low-pressure chamber side and discharged into a discharge muffler 22 through a discharge valve 21 then released into a sealed container space 16 via an opening section 23 and discharged through a discharge pipe 24. The infiltration of the high pressure gas into the compression chamber is made extremely small, and very high volume efficiency can be obtained.

CONSTITUTION:A motor 14 constituted of a stator 12 and a rotor 13 is stored in an enclosed container 11 fixed with a shaft 15 at the center, a holder section 17 having a groove section 18 in the radial direction and fixed to the shaft 15 is stored. A cylinder section 20 with a storage chamber 19 eccentrically formed to the rotation center is stored in the rotor 13, a roller 22 is coupled in this storage chamber 19 to form a compression chamber 21. A vane 25 excited by a spring 26 to the roller 22 side is slidably coupled on the groove section 18 of the holder section 17. The low-pressure gas sucked through an intake pipe 31 is compressed and discharged through a discharge pipe 33 by the volume change in the compression chamber 21 generated by the rotation of the cylinder section 20 rotated together with the rotor 13.

CONSTITUTION:With rotation of a rotator 13 of a motor 14, a cylinder part 20 rotates, and a storage space 19 being eccentrically formed to the turning center is eccentrically rotated, so that a compression space 21 being formed by a roller 22 is turned around a holder part 17. This compression space 21 is pressed to a vane 25 by a spring 26, and it is partitioned off into both high and low pressure sides, whereby a volumetric variation is produced in succession at each side.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and simplify the assembly procedures for lower cost by molding a base out of thermosetting resin and mounting a cover which contains an operation capacitor, receives the base and is molded out of thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:A base 1 containing a starting relay 2 and an overload protector 3 is molded out of thermosetting resin. A compressor has a cover 4 which contains an operation capacitor 5, receives the base 1 and is molded out of thermosetting resin. After the base 1 is wired to the operation capacitor 5, the base 1 is integrally joined with the cover 4, plugged in the glass terminal 24 and finally, tightened to a bracket 7 with a mounting screw 6. Thus the mounting is completed. As a result, parts, such as wiring members, a capacitor cap, etc. may become unnecessary, the assembly be executed by simply procedures at low cost and the safety be improved.

CONSTITUTION:The title compressor is equipped with a compression device C driven by a motor M housed in a sealed container 1. The compression device C compresses the gas sucked from an intake pipe (suction tube) 13 by successively reducing the capacity of a compression chamber 8 formed between a vane 12, when a roller 6 fitted into the eccentric part 10 of a shaft 9 is revolved in a cylinder 5. In this case, a check valve B consisting of a flat-plate-shaped lead 25 and a coil spring 26 for urging the lead 25 in the closing direction is installed between the suction pipe 13 and the compression chamber 8 of the cylinder 5. Further, a pressure introducing passage 40 is formed on a main bearing 6, and one edge is connected with a spring holding device 28, and the other edge is connected to the outside of the sealed container 1.
