Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate an inconvenience caused by a troublesome operation of inputting a thermal feeling and perform a PMV correction desired by a correct user by a method wherein a certain fear of the user is removed. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a PMV value calculation means 1 for calculating in sequence PMV values, a thermal feeling inputting means 8 for inputting a feeling of a user, a correction amount specifying means 9 for correcting the thermal feeling input, a thermal feeling input receiving prohibiting means 14, a PMV value correcting means 10, a comfortable sign 11 lit in the case that the PMV value is within a range of comfortable feeling range, a receiving completion sign 15 for displaying that the thermal feeling inputting means is received, and a cooling or heating control means 13 for controlling a cooling or heating means 12. Due to this arrangement as above, it is possible to input a thermal feeling of the user at that time, confirm an operation performed by a user himself, eliminate a plurality of times of thermal feeling inputting operations caused by the fear feeling of the user and to correct the correct PMV value.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable a correction of a PMV value with an input of thermal feeling and dissolve an inconvenience caused by a troublesome operation under a less amount of memory volume. CONSTITUTION:There are provided thermal feeling input correction value determining means 9 for determining a correction amount of a PMV value in response to inputting of the thermal feeling, a neuron generating means 12 for making a relative relation of the correction amount of the thermal feeling input, a room temperature at the time of inputting of thermal feeling, a surrounding air temperature, an elapsing time from a starting of operation and a PMV value applied as teacher signals so as to generate neurons, and a monitoring space of specified time after correcting the PMV value. In the case that the thermal feeling is inputted within the same monitoring space, there are provided a neuron totaling means 13 for totaling the inputs to the generated neurons and a PMV value correction neural network 14 for determining the PMV value correction amount in response to the generated neurons, resulting in that it is not necessary to perform a thermal feeling inputting operation every time the operation is carried out and so it is possible to realize a comfortable thermal heat environment with a less amount of memory.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To lessen starting load and to reduce input by fitting two vanes in a vane groove formed on a cylinder in the radial direction in capable of reciprocating motion so that each of the tip ends is pressed on the outer circumferential face of an eccentric roller and by making spring forces of springs for energizing the vanes different from each other. CONSTITUTION:In a rotary compressor, a roller 8 of a compressor part is eccentrically rotated by rotation of a shaft 5 of a motor part stored in a closed easing, and a refrigerant gas sucked into an operation chamber divided by vanes fitted in a vane groove formed on a cylinder 20 through a suction hole is compressed and discharged out of a discharge hole 17. In this case, the vanes fitted in the vane groove are a first vane 22 and a second vane 23, and each of the vanes 22 and 23 is energized by forces of springs 24 and 25, respectively, to be pressed on the outer circumferential face of the roller 8. And the second spring 25 is formed so that it becomes natural long when the vane 23 is on the outside in the radial direction than the inner circumferential face of the cylinder 20 so as to enable dissipation of a part of the refrigerant to the suction chamber side at the beginning of starting.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce a leakage from the end surface of a roller securely by installing a seal ring along the inclining surface of a circular groove formed at the end surface of the roller keeping an adequate clearance. CONSTITUTION:A circular groove 21a furnishing a symmetric inclines at the outer diameter side and the inner diameter side in the radius direction is formed at the end surface of a roller 20 at a main bearing 7 side. And a seal ring 24a is installed along the inclining surface of the circular groove 21a keeping an adequate clearance 27. As a result, a centrifugal force acting to the seal ring 24a is converted in the direction of the clearance by the inclination of the circular groove 21a, and the contact of the seal ring 24a and the end surface of the main bearing 7 is made secure. Consequently, a leakage form the clearance between the roller 20 and the main bearing 7 can be reduced.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the volumetric efficiency, and restrict a flow-in quantity of the lubricating oil, in which the refrigerant is melted, at minimum by providing multiple separate channels, of which sectional area is reduced in the radial direction and the circumferential direction and facing to end faces of a roller once at least during one rotation of a shaft, in end faces of a main bearing and an auxiliary bearing. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 3 is rotated in contact with the inside of a main bearing 19 and an auxiliary bearing 20. The same number of channels 22, 26 and 30, 37 are provided respectively in the main bearing 19 and the auxiliary channels 20. Each channel 22 - 37 are formed so that sectional area thereof is reduced from the center of the channel to the circumferential direction and the radial direction. Hydraulic force generating positions are formed in symmetry in each channel, and four hydraulic force generating positions are formed on both end faces of a roller 21, and the hydraulic force thereof is balanced through both the end faces. Each channel 22 - 37 is separated from each other to eliminate escape part for the hydraulic force generated in the closed channels, and the hydraulic force can be maintained at high.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of a compressor and to increase the reliability of sliding members by providing an oil feeding mechanism linking to oil passages, and a sealing means to seal the oil passages and a coolant gas space, and providing a linking hole in the sealing means. CONSTITUTION:An oil feeding mechanism 12 linking to oil passages 13a to 13c, and a sealing means 19 to seal the oil passages 13a to 13c and a coolant gas space 1a, are provided. A linking hole 20 provided at least at one position of a main bearing 7, an auxiliary bearing 8, and a sealing means 19, and opened at almost opposite direction to the side of a sealed casing 1 where a lubricant is accumulated, is provided. The clearances of the oil passages 13a to 13c, and the clearances of bearings 7a and 8a are linked to a coolant gas space 1a through a linking hole 20. The lubricant flowing in from the oil feeding mechanism 12 flows away into the sealed casing 1 after filling the clearances of the oil passages 13a to 13c, and those of the roller bearings 7a and 8a perfectly. In such a way, the efficiency of the compressor is improved, and the reliability is also improved.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To accelerate cylinder cooling by lubricating oil as well as to reduce any heat reception of intake gas by installing a first passage connecting an oil sump chamber to lubricating oil in a closed casing and a second passage passing through the inside of a cylinder side wall in the counter-compression direction from a vane, respectively. CONSTITUTION:Since a vane 6 increases volumetric capacity in an oil sump chamber 19 in a range of crank angles 0-180 deg., lubricating oil 17 flows out of the inside of a closed casing 1 via a first passage 20. Likewise, since the capacity in the angles 180-360 deg., the lubricating oil 17 flows into the closed casing 1 by wat of the inside of a cylinder 4 by a second passage 21. Therefore the cylinder 4 is cooled by the lubricating oil 17, and when refrigerant gas is inhaled in a suction chamber 11a, heat reception out of the cylinder 4 is abated so that volumetric efficiency is improved and compressor performance is improved as well.
