Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a reverse flow of an air current in an impeller through a gap between a plurality of adjoining blades in an axial position other than the main plate side of the impeller in the vicinity of the tongue of a casing and to suppress lowering of aerodynamic performance of a multiblade blower and the increase in the generation of disturbance noise. SOLUTION: This blower shields and suppresses a flow F2 reversely flowing from the air outlet side on the main place 3 side of an impeller 2 by the extension part 9a in a counterclockwise direction of a tongue part 9. Thus, the flow is not confluent with a strong flow F1 discharged through a gap between adjoining blades 5 other than the vicinity on the main plate 3 side of the impeller 2 and having a strong peripheral component, the two flows are not concentrated at the extension part 9a and the occurrence of a reverse flow in the impeller 2 through a gap through the adjoining blades 5 is suppressed. Further, since a pressure on the air outlet side of the extension part 9a of the tongue part 9 is decreased to a value lower than that on the impeller 2 side, the strong flow F1 of a peripheral component flows around a gap between the extension part 9a of the tongue part 9 and the side plate 6b of a casing 6 toward the air outlet, whereby the increase of an amount of a reverse flow from the inside of a suction port 7 to the interior of the impeller 2 through the side plate 4 side is suppressed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce turbulent flow noise, which is generated when a turbulent flow with a high flow rate in the outer circumferential part of an axial impeller flows out or peels off from the tip of an orifice ring, under a high static pressure operation point condition with high draft resistance so as to prevent deterioration in draft performance. SOLUTION: The first orifice ring 16, which surrounds the outer circumference of the rear edge part of an axial flow impeller 14 and is formed into an approximate cylinder shape opened in the tip part, and the second orifice ring 17, which is arranged on the outside of the first orifice ring 16 coaxially substantially and is provided with a higher height than the first orifice ring 16 in the axial direction, are arranged, and an axial flow blower 11 is constructed of the first orifice ring 16 and a partition plate 18 on which the second orifice ring 17 is fixed, so that air flow separated at the tip of the first orifice ring 16 is stuck to the second orifice ring 17 again, and as a result, turbulent flow noise can be reduced and deterioration in draft performance can be prevented.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent air blasting performance from being degraded, and suppress an increase in noise caused by air biasing by forming the inlet end of a side plate at the negative pressure side of each vane in such a way as to be positioned in a place at the downstream side of the inlet end of a side plate at the positive pressure side of each vane. SOLUTION: When an impeller 8 is rotated, air is introduced through a suction ring 10, and when it passes through a plurality of spaces each of which is located between vanes 2, it is endowed with static and dynamic pressure so as to be discharged in the inside of a casing 6, after that, and a part of dynamic pressure is transformed into static pressure so as to be discharged outside. Since the inlet end 9a of a side plate 9 at the negative pressure surface side of each vane 2 is positioned at the downstream side of the inlet end 9b of the side plate 9 in the pressurizing surface side 2b of each vane 4, a lapped length between the suction ring 10 and the side plate 9 is short in the negative pressure surface side 2a, but is long in the pressuring surface side 2b. Air flow circulating within the impeller while passing through each space between the side plate 9 and the suction ring 10 is accelerated when it flows in the negative pressure side 2a of each vane 2, but is decelerated when it flows in the pressuring surface side 2b. By this constitution, air flow is prevented from being peeled off out of the wall surface of the side plate 9, and also is prevented from flowing while being onesided to the direction of a main plate 3.

SOLUTION: A blower arranged on the upstream side of the air flow of a condenser of a refrigerator is provided with an impeller 55 in which three blades 1 are radially provided around a hub 5, and the line to connect 0 to R2 is at the advanced position in the rotational direction of the impeller 55 relative to the line to connect 0 and R1 where R1 is the center in the circumferential direction of a joined part 2 of the blades 1 with the hub 5, R2 is the center in the circumferential direction of an outer circumferential part 3 of the blades 1, and 0 is the center of rotation of the blades 1. The line P to connect R1 to R2 is inclined toward the suction side relative to the axis L of rotation passing through R1 and the perpendicular plane S, and the inclination to the suction side of the blades 1 on the trailing edge side from the line P is gradually reduced to form the blades 1.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To restrict generation of vortexes to be generated on the negative pressure surface side of a blade outer circumferential end part by action of two air currents of the one turning from the pressure surface side of a blade outer circumferential part which is not surrounded by an orifice to the negative pressure surface side, and the one blown from close to a negative pressure side toward an outer circumference. CONSTITUTION:An outer circumferential end part 9b, which is not surrounded by an orifice 6, of each of blades 9 provided in plurality around a hub 4 of an impeller 8 is curved toward the blade negative pressure surface side. A vortex is therefore sucked into the orifice 6 to get in contact with an inner wall of the orifice 6, so an outer circumferential part of the vortex is deformed to restrict phenomenon of turbulence of air currents in the orifice, thereby turbulence noise generated outside and inside the orifice 6 can be restricted low.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To restrain flow turbulence from occurring and turbulent noise from increasing by mounting a hub on a motor, constituting a blower with an impeller with multiple vanes around the hub and an orifice which surrounds the outer periphery of the impeller, and forming multiple small holes on the outer periphery of the vanes for blowing out an air flow. CONSTITUTION:When an impeller is rotated in its rotational direction by a motor, an air flow W3 is blown out through multiple small holes 9 from the pressure surface side 8b1 to the negative pressure surface side 8b2 of the vane 8b. As a result, a flow W4, which flows into the negative pressure surface side 8b2 between the peripheral edge 8d of the vane and the orifice 6, is reduced, and a flow W5, which is discharged onto the outer periphery of the vane, is deflected in its peripheral direction by the air flow W3, thereby maintaining a vortex U2 small and restraining flow turbulence at the peripheral part 8b of the vane. It is thus possible to prevent the turbulent noise of the blower from increasing.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent disturbance of an air current on the blade outer peripheral part inside an orifice by forming only a section near the intake side of an orifice, which is not surrounded by an orifice of plural blades, in such a manner as to advance in the rotating direction from the hub side to the outer peripheral part, and retreat in the counter-rotating direction from the outer peripheral part to the outer peripheral end part. CONSTITUTION:Only a section of a blade 8 near the orifice intake side 6a which is not surrounded by an orifice 6 of the blade 6 is formed in such a manner as to advance in the rotating direction from the hub side 8d to the outer peripheral part and retreat in the counter-rotating direction from the outer peripheral part 8b to the outer peripheral end 8e. Thus, an air current having strong radial component of the outer peripheral part negative pressure surface side 8b2 of the blade 8 is pressed down by the outer peripheral part of the blade 8 near the orifice 6a, which is not surrounded by the orifice 6, and an air current W2 blown to the outer periphery from the vicinity on the outer peripheral part negative pressure surface side 8b2 of the blade 8 is restrained. An air current W1 entering from the pressure surface side 8b1 to the negative pressure surface side 8b2 is promoted. Accordingly, increase of blowing noise at the outer peripheral part of the blade 8 can be restrained.

CONSTITUTION:A fan guard 12 having a cylindrical ring 13 having larger inner diameter than a minimum inner diameter of an orifice 11 is mounted near a discharge port 11a. Thus, an air stream W1 obliquely discharged from an outer peripheral side 10c1 of a discharge side 10c of an impeller 10 is adhered to a bell-mouthlike inner wall of the port 11a of the orifice 11, obliquely discharged from the port 11a of the orifice 11 toward an inner wall of the ring 13 larger than the minimum inner diameter of the orifice 11, readhered to an inner wall of the ring 13, thereby scarcely peeling the stream. Easy peeling of the stream discharged in a discharging direction of a blower 5 from an inner wall of the port 11a of the orifice 11 is suppressed to prevent the stream W1 from being largely disordered.

CONSTITUTION:A compressor 2, a condenser 3, a pressure reducing unit 4 and an evaporator 5 are connected sequentially, while a conduit pipe 8 connecting the pressure reducing unit 4 with an inlet pipe 5a of the evaporator 5 and having an inside diameter larger than the one of the inlet pipe 5a is provided, and the outer peripheral part of the conduit pipe 8 is covered with a damping material 9.
