Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a refrigerating system capable of quickly, efficiently removing oxygen, that causes problems on reliability if oxygen coexists when refrigerant HFC-134a and glycol and ester type refrigerating machine oil are used in refrigerator, refrigerating machines, car air-conditioners, etc., without a decrease in the refrigerating capacity and an increase in the input power, by applying reaction type noncondensable gas scavenging agent to the gas phase refrigerant in the refrigerating system. CONSTITUTION:A bypass pipe 1 or 5 is provided parallel to a connection pipe between a compressor delivery port 13 and a first filter 16 or between an evaporator 20 and a compressor suction port 24. A second filter 2 filled with reaction type noncondensable gas scavenging agent 3 is mounted on the bypass pipe 1 or 5.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To remove an amount of water, before a large amount of acid and harmful substance is generated, so as to prevent generation of leakage, corrosive wearing and improper cooling by providing constitution of a heater closely attached to a closed casing, and providing a control circuit for electrifying the heater. CONSTITUTION:When a motor of a closed compressor is stopped, a heater 16 is electrified by a heater electrifying control unit 16 to heat refrigerator oil. That is, water in the refrigerator oil is evaporated and held in a gas phase by heating the oil when the closed compressor is stopped. When operation of the closed compressor is started, the water in the gas phase is circulated in a system and dewatered by a drying agent in a drier. Generation of acid and harmful substance in the refrigerating system is prevented by removing the water in the refrigerator oil, and it can be prevented that the compressor is damaged by supplying acid to a sliding surface of a mechanical part 1 to generate corrosive wearing and that improper cooling is generate by packing a polymerized object in the generated harmful substance into piping of the refrigerating system.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent electric leak, erosion abrasion, cooling disorder, etc., before hand by installing a motor part for driving a machinery part, oil feeding device for transporting a refrigerator oil into the machinery part, and a moisture sensor installed at the position immersed in the refrigerator oil. CONSTITUTION:A machinery part 1 and a motor part 12 are accommodated into a sealed casing 14. An oil feeding device 8 supplies a mixed liquid 11 on a sliding surface. Moisture is dissolved into a refrigerator oil, and the moisture is chemically adsorbed on the surface of a moisture sensor 16, and acts as electron donor for oxides, and the electric resistance of a semiconductor is varied. When the electric resistance of the moisture sensor 16 becomes over a prescribed value, an alarm operates. Accordingly, electric leak, erosion abra sion, cooling disorder, etc., can be beforehand.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To remove generated acid, prevent the deterioration of electrical insulation effect and eliminate improper cooling effect due to corrosion abrasion and clogging by filling a filter section formed at position adjacent to the inlet of an oil feed device with ion exchange resin. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 2 rotates due to the rotational force of a motor section 12 and actuates a piston 5, thereby compressing a refrigerant in a compression chamber 7 formed with a sub-bearing 3, a bearing 4 and a cylinder 6. In this case, the compressed refrigerant performs a cooling process in a refrigeration system and then returns to a compressor. On the other hand, a mixture of the refrigerant and refrigerator oil is supplied to a machine section for lubrication via an oil feed device 8. In this case, a filter section 15 is so provided as to be adjacent to the inlet of the oil feed device 8, and many through-holes are provided at the lower side thereof. As a result, the refrigerator oil containing acid is sure to pass through anion exchange resin 16, and turns into refrigerator oil having no harm with an acid content removed via the prescribed reaction.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of fault current, corrosion abrasion and improper cooling by providing an ion sensor at a position immersed in refrigerator oil contained in a closed casing for sealing a refrigerant and refrigerator oil, thereby detecting the change of an acid number before the generation of a large amount of acid and harmful substance. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 2 is rotated with a motor section 12 and actuates a piston 5, thereby compressing a refrigerant in a compression chamber 7 formed with a sub-bearing 3, a bearing 4 and a cylinder 6. In this case, the temperature of a closed type compressor rises, due to compression heat and heat generation at the motor section 12. On the other hand, a compressed refrigerant performs a cooling process in a refrigeration system, and returns to the compressor. Furthermore, a mixture of the refrigerant and refrigerator oil is supplied to a machine section for lubrication via an oil feed device 8. In this case, the water content of the mixture is dissolved in the refrigerator oil, and the potential of an ion sensor 16 is varied with an increase in the acid number of the refrigerator oil due to acid generated via reaction with the dissolved water content. Namely, an alarm is actuated, when the electromotive force of the ion sensor 16 reaches or exceeds the predetermined value.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To store inside a protruding portion a refrigerant separated into two layers against refrigerating machine oil so as to keep high the electrical insulating property of a sealed compressor by forming the protruding portion in a position where it does not adjoin a motor portion disposed in the lower- portion of a sealed casing. CONSTITUTION:When rotated by a motor portion 10 a shaft 2 drives a piston 5 so as to compress a refrigerant in a compression chamber 7 defined by an auxiliary bearing 3, a bearing 4 and a cylinder 6. When the sealed compressor is at high temperature refrigerating machine oil and the refrigerant are separated into two layers; i.e. because the specific gravity of the oil is small an oil layer 12 forms on the upper side and the refrigerant locates beneath it to form a refrigerant layer 13. In this case a protruding portion 14 is formed in a position where it does not adjoin the motor portion 10 disposed in the lower portion of a sealed casing 15. The refrigerant layer 13 is stored inside the protruding portion 14 so as to prevent immersion of the motor portion 10 in the refrigerant.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To carry out deodorization and sterilization within a short period of time without reducing an effective inner capacity of a refrigerator by a method wherein an ozone generating device and catalyst for promoting decomposition of ozone are arranged in a cold air aeration passage and a high voltage generating device for supplying power to the ozone generating device and a control means are installed outside the refrigerator. CONSTITUTION: A flat plate-like ozone generating device 40 and a honeycomb- shaped catalyst 41 are arranged in sequence from an upstream side within an aeration passage 16 communicating with a refrigerator chamber 9 as the cold air flows. A high voltage generating device 42 for applying a high voltage to the ozone generating device 40 and a control means 43 for controlling an occurrence of ozone are installed within an electrical equipment box 44 buried in a thermal insulating material at a rear surface of a refrigerator 39. With such an arrangement as above, a large amount of cold air changed into ozone can be circulated within the refrigerator and the high voltage generating device and the control means are installed outside the refrigerator, so that it is possible to perform both deodorization and sterilization within a short period of time without reducing an effective inner volume of the refrigerator.
