    Abstract: A method of reporting measurements of an uplink positioning reference signal includes: receiving, at a base station, the uplink positioning reference signal from a user equipment; determining, at the base station, a plurality of measurement values of the uplink positioning reference signal, each of the plurality of measurement values being of a same type of measurement, and corresponding to the uplink positioning reference signal; and sending, from the base station to a server, a report including the plurality of measurement values of the uplink positioning reference signal and at least one indication that the plurality of measurement values corresponds to a same uplink positioning reference signal.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) monitors one or more physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) candidates in a search space while in a radio resource control (RRC) inactive state, receives, while in the RRC inactive state, a positioning paging message from a network entity on at least one PDCCH candidate of the one or more PDCCH candidates, the positioning paging message configured to trigger an update to one or more parameters associated with an ongoing positioning session involving the UE, applies, while in the RRC inactive state, the update to the one or more parameters, and transmits, while in the RRC inactive state, an acknowledgment to the network entity in response to reception of the positioning paging message.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication, and specifically for reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS)-aided positioning.     Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) transmits a first signal for positioning (RS-P) (e.g., SRS, etc.) on a first link from the UE to a wireless network node (e.g., BS, UE, etc.). The UE receives, from the wireless network node, location assistance data that comprises information that indicates a line of sight (LOS) condition associated with the first link. The UE measures a second RS-P on a second link from the wireless network node to the UE that is reciprocal to the first link. The UE performs one or more positioning measurements, determines a location estimate of the UE, or both, based in part on the reception of the second RS-P on the second link and the indicated LOS condition, the indicated LOS condition associated with the second link based on link reciprocity between the first and second links.

    Abstract: Disclosed are various techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a user equipment identifies a set of positioning sources, each positioning source comprising a positioning reference signal (PRS) resource, a PRS resource set, a PRS frequency layer, and/or a transmission/reception point. From the set of positioning sources, the UE identifies a consistency group comprising a collection of positioning sources grouped based on expected values of at least one metric of a reference signal from each positioning source, measured values of the at least one metric for the reference signal from each positioning source, and an error threshold. The UE identifies one or more subsets of positioning sources within the consistency group, each subset having at least one metric error value. The UE reports, to a network entity, information about the consistency group and information about at least one of the subsets of positioning sources within the consistency group.

    Abstract: In an aspect, a radar controller determines a first transmission configuration for a reference radar signal on a first link from a first base station to a second base station, and a second transmission configuration for at least one target radar signal on at least one second link from the first base station to the second base station, the at least one target radar signal for sensing of at least one target, the first transmission configuration being different than the second transmission configuration. The radar controller transmits the first and second transmission configurations to the first and second base stations.     Abstract: During a positioning session in which multiple location reports are provided, a user equipment (UE) that has little or no movement may provide an indication to an entity in the wireless network that there is no update for one or more location measurements. The UE may provide the indication to a serving base station in a Physical layer waveform. The base station may bypass the location server and provide an indication to an external client that the UE position has not changed. The UE may provide the indication to a location server in a location information report or by not sending a location information report by an expiration time. The indication of no update may be provided by a bit that indicates no location measurements are updated or that a particular location measurement is not updated.
