    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve an S/N by executing emphasis processing to respectively adding a preshoot waveform to the start edges and the end edges of the rising waveform part and the falling waveform part of an input video signal. CONSTITUTION:After the time base of a first high frequency emphasizing signal SP1 outputted from a first preemphasis circuit 3 is inverted in a time base inverting circuit part 5, a high frequency component is emphasized in a second preemphasis circuit 6. Therefore, a rising preshoot waveform and a falling preshoot waveform can be formed so that the waveforms can be divided for both sides of the start edge and the end edge of the rising waveform part. Consequently, the increase of the value between the maximum peak value and the minimum peak value of a high frequency emphasizing signal SP2 is suppressed by the emphasis processing by the second preemphasis circuit 6, and the enlargement of a dynamic range necessary for a processing circuit is prevented. Thus, the S/N can be improved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To establish a black frame around the picture frame of film, by inserting pulses of the level enough to expose the specific width of frame of film at the both edges of picture cycle of the video signal which modulates the exposure beam.
    CONSTITUTION: A signal from an input terminal 1 is supplied to an inserting circuit 3 of exposure level pulse through a signal reversal circuit 2 which makes a positive picture. The signal from the terminal 1 is supplied to synchronization separation circuit 4 and the separated synchronizing signal is supplied to the inserting circuit 3. Then the pulses which are enough to expose the film are inserted to the front and back of picture cycle and return wire cycle of the horizontal and vertical synchronization signal.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a motor having no torque variation by employing a rotor magnet having the sine-wave distribution of magnetic fluxes, vertically summing the outputs of two Hall elements 6 and 7 whose electrical angles are separated by 90 deg., and supplying the resultant outputs to stator coils. CONSTITUTION:Two Hall elements 6 and 7 whose electrical angles are separated by 90 deg. send out the outputs of since-wave signals by the rotation of a rotor magnet having the sine-wave distribution of magnetic fluxes. The output of said Hall element 6 is supplied to an amplifier 19, from which the output SA is supplied to one end of a stator coil 4. The output of the Hall element 7 is supplied to an amplifier 21, from which the output SB is supplied to one end of a stator coil 5. The output SA is supplied to the connecting point of the stator coils 4 and 5 via an inversion amplifier 20. Therefore, the resultant vector 29 of the outputs SA and SB is supplied to the stator coil 4, and resultant vector 30 of the inverted output SA and output SB is supplied to a stator coil 5, thereby the driving voltage separated by 90 deg. of an electrical angle can be obtained.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the presence/absence of ink to be detected even when the ink, etc., is dried up by providing an oscillating source, a detecting terminal, and a detecting means and detecting the presence/absence of the ink by changing the voltage outputted from the detecting means based on the electrical conductivity or capacitance of the ink. SOLUTION: The liquid level detector is provided with an oscillating source 1 which generates a prescribed voltage, a single-pole detecting terminal 7 to which the voltage generated from the source 1 is supplied, and detecting means 2-6 which detect the electrical conductivity or capacitance of a liquid 8 to be measured by means of the terminal 7 and output the voltage from the source 1 by changing the voltage. The detector is constituted to detect the presence/ absence of the liquid 8 by changing the voltage outputted from the detecting means 2-6. Therefore, the detector can detect the presence/absence of the liquid 8 based on the electrical conductivity or capacitance of the liquid 8 which is a characteristic of the liquid 8 even when the liquid 8 dries up and adheres to the terminal 7.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate gaps between scanning lines and make print images excellent by providing a laser beam output means for fixing dry toner of a printing paper by melting it with heat and a means for removing unmelted residual toner. CONSTITUTION:A printing paper 5 is fed in the direction of an arrow y with respect to a drum 8 by a feed roller 6, led so as to be wound on the drum 8, and discharged in the direction of an arrow z. An electrification section 10 is provided in the neighborhood of the paper feed opening of the drum 8 and a toner attracting section 11 is provided at a position apart from the electrification section 10 by a predetermined distance. In the toner attracting section 11, for example, dry toner is attracted to the printing paper and the attracted toner is fixed on the printing paper by laser beam ejected from a laser diode. A cleaning section 9 having an electrode is provided in the neighborhood of the discharge opening of the drum 8 for electrifying the printing paper. Unnecessary toner which is not fixed by the laser beam is separated from the printing paper.

The pulse width modulation signal from the comparator 4 is fed back to each component element of low-pass filter 7.

CONSTITUTION:A laser diode 16 is driven in the following manner: a current signal which is output from a photodiode 17 and which corresponds to the quantity of light of the photodiode 16 is used as a feedback current signal if and compared with an input current signal i1 so that the feedback current signal if becomes equal to the input current signal i1. As a result, it is not required to use a pulse-width modulation circuit, and circuit constitution is simplified. In addition, since an input image signal (e) corresponding to the input current signal i1 is a continuous signal (an analog signal), the high gradation (e.g. corresponding to 10 bits) of the laser diode can be achieved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To easily obtain optional waveforms by setting the intervals of charging ranges of respective potentiometers to visually even. CONSTITUTION:A ROM7 generates sawtooth waves whose periods sequentially change in accordance with the ratio of lightness differences whose intervals become visually even, and with the signals from plural potention meters 2, a multiplier 9 modulated the amplitudes of respective sawtooths of the sawtooth waves. A sample hold circuit 12 and an adder 10 sequentially sample hold the modulated sawtooth waves in the tip parts, thereby they are accumulated. The objective waveforms are obtained in a RAM 14. Consequently, the correction waveforms are adjusted at every range of visually even interval. Thus, adjustment can satisfactorily and easily be executed, and the management of data can easily be executed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To increase the diameter of an aperture and minimize the influence of an external magnetic field or a similar factor by using a cylindrical anode and installing the aperture inside a focusing coil. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical anode 3 is installed surrounding an electron beam which is discharged from a filament 1 through a grid 2. It is positioned parallel to the axis of the beam. A focusing coil 5 is installed at the lower end of the anode 3. An aperture 4 having the same electric potential as the anode 3 is installed inside the focusing coil 5. By thus using the anode 3 having a cylindrical shape and installing the aperture 4 inside the focusing coil 5, it is possible to increase the diameter of the aperture 4 and to minimize the influence of an external magnetic field.
