Also, it is similarly formed at sides (j), (k) both of which are ends of the pre-coat layer. A thin pre-coat layer is formed at a side (l) that the coating of the pre-coat layer is finished. The thickness of the pre-coat layer can be adequately determined corresponding to the pre-coat face (p) and profile section so that the profile section is made clear.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a pop-up type handle device with a simple structure. SOLUTION: As a spring member 3, wire material is bent so as to have an approximately U-shape. Both ends of the approximately U-shaped wire are bent to have an approxzimately right angle as shafts for rotating the approximately U-shaped portion. Further, the lines along both shafts do not correspond with each other, such that the shafts are used as members to cause a biasing force in accordance with a rotating position. The spring member 3 is used as a member to cause a biasing force for pop-up movement. A base member 4 and a handle grip 2 are connected with a pair of spring members 3. Further, the handle grip 2 is held on the base member 4 side against the biasing force of the spring member 3 by a lock mechanism member 50 provided on the base side. The handle grip 2 is popped up by the biasing force of the spring member 3 through the release of lock status through the lock mechanism 50.

The header mark 27 and respective patch marks 28-30 are detected by a sensor.
